المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الصمود النفسي وعلاقته بمفهوم الذات لدى المرأة المعيلة في ضوء العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، وتم اختيار عينة البحث باستخدام أسلوب العينة العمدية في اختيار عينة البحث ، وتم اختيار مجموعة من النساء المعيلات من سن (۲۰ -٤٥ عاماً)، من العاملات في بعض المهن والخدمات المعاونة كعاملات في المنازل ، وحارسات للعقارات السكنية ، والعمل في تغليف وتعبئة المواد الغذائية في أحدى المصانع ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (٥٨) امرأة معيلة ، قسمت إلى (۲۸) امرأة معيلة زوجها متوفى وتعول أبناء ، و (۳۰) امرأة معيلة وزوجها لا يعمل بشكل دائم في مهنة ولديها أبناء، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيق أدوات البحث المتمثلة في: مقياس الصمود النفسي للمرأة المعيلة (إعداد الباحث )، مقياس مفهوم الذات للمرأة المعيلة (إعداد الباحث)، مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية من إعداد (Mc Crae & Costa, 1992) تعريب مركز ديبونو للتعليم والتفكير. وأسفرت نتائج البحث للفرض الأول ارتفاع درجة الصمود النفسي لدى عينة البحث من السيدات المعيلات في كل من مؤشر الكفاءة الشخصية - حل المشكلات - المساندة الاجتماعية - المرونة). كما أسفرت نتائج الفرض الثاني إلى ارتفاع درجة مفهوم الذات لدى عينة البحث من السيدات المعيلات في كل من مؤشر الذات الاجتماعية - الذات الجسمية - الذات الأسرية - الثقة بالنفس)، بينما توجد علاقة طردية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.01) بين مؤشرات مقياس الصمود النفسي ككل ومؤشر الانبساطية، الانفتاح على الخبرة الطيبة، يقظة الضمير في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، بمعنى إنه كلما زادت درجة الانبساطية، الانفتاح على الخبرة الطيبة، يقظة الضمير على مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية زاد الصمود النفسي لدى المرأة المعيلة. كما تشير النتائج أن عند مستوى هناك علاقة طردية بين مقياس الصمود النفسي ككل ومقياس مفهوم الذات معنوية (α ≤ 0.01). بمعنى انه كلما أرتفع مفهوم الذات عند السيدات المعيلات أرتفع الصمود النفسي لديهم.

The aim of the current research is to identify psychological resilience and its relationship to the self-concept of female breadwinners in light of the five major personality factors. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method in selecting the research sample. The research sample consisted of a group of female breadwinners aged (20-45 years). Of the female workers in some professions and auxiliary services such as domestic workers, guards for residential properties, and working in wrapping and packing food materials in a factory, the size of the sample was (58) female breadwinners, divided into (28) female breadwinners whose husband is deceased and supports her children, and (30) A breadwinner woman whose husband does not work permanently in a profession and she has children. To achieve the research objectives, the research tools were applied, which are: a scale of the psychological resilience of female breadwinners (prepared by the researcher), a scale of the self-concept of female breadwinners (prepared by the researcher), a scale of the five major factors of personality prepared by (Costa & Mc Crae, 1992), Arabized by the Debono Center for Education and Thinking. The results of the research for the first hypothesis resulted in a high degree of psychological resilience among the research sample of female breadwinners in each of the indicators (personal competence - problem solving - social support - flexibility). ”The results of the second hypothesis also resulted in an increase in the degree of self-concept among the research sample of female breadwinners in the following indicators (social self - physical self - family self - self- confidence), While there is a positive relationship at a significant level (α ≥ 0.01) between the indicators of the psychological resilience scale as a whole and the index of extroversion, openness to experience, kindness, and conscientiousness in the five major personality factors, Meaning that the higher the degree of extroversion, openness to experience, kindness, and conscientiousness on the scale of the five major personality factors, the greater the psychological resilience of the breadwinner woman. The results also indicate that there is a positive relationship between the psychological resilience scale as a whole and the self-concept scale at a significant level (α ≥ 0.01). Meaning that the higher the self-concept of female breadwinners, the higher their psychological resilience.
