هدف البحث الحالي إلى استنتاج مهارات التدريس الرقمي التي يجب توافرها في عضو هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية الرياضية، التعرف على واقع امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمهارات التدريس الرقمي في كليات التربية الرياضية. تحقيقاً لأهداف البحث وفروضه استخدم الباحث الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس السادة المدرسين والهيئة المعاونة المعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين بكلية التربية الرياضية لبنين بالهرم جامعة حلوان. وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات يؤدى التعلم الرقمي إلى رفع مستوى المهارات التدريسية التي يقوم بها أعضاء هيئة التدريس داخل المحاضرات المختلفة من حيث تخطيطه للمحاضرة وتكيفية تنظيمها على خير وجه، والتنوع في استخدام أساليب التقويم، وأهم التوصيات يوصي هذا البحث الاهتمام بتنمية مهارات التعليم والتدريس الرقمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة حتى يحققون نوع من النجاح في التعامل مع التعليم الرقمي فهم يحتاجوا إلى تنمية فرص تدريبية كثيرة حتى يتمكنوا من الاستفادة من هذه الفرص التدريبية حتى يستفاد منهم.
The aim of the current research is to Concluding the digital teaching skills that must be available to a faculty member in colleges of physical education, identifying the reality of faculty members' possession of digital teaching skills in colleges of physical education. To achieve the objectives of the research and the hypothesis, the researcher used descriptive data as it suits the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen intentionally from the research community, including faculty members, teachers, teaching assistants, and assistant teachers at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys in Al-Haram, Helwan University. The most important conclusions are that digital learning leads to raising the level of teaching skills carried out by faculty members within the various lectures in terms of planning the lecture and adapting its organization in the best possible way, and the diversity in the use of evaluation methods, and the most important recommendations. This research recommends paying attention to developing digital learning and teaching skills among faculty members. In order for the supporting staff to achieve some kind of success in dealing with digital education, they need to develop many training opportunities so that they can benefit from these training opportunities so that they can benefit from them.
