تستمد الأخلاق والقيم في البلاد العربية من الديانات السماوية وتستمد أخلاقيات جمهورية مصر العربية من الدين الإسلامي، وتحديداً فإن مصدر القيم هو الوحي (القرآن وصحيح السنة) فهما مصدراً القيم والتشريع، ومصدر التحسين والتقبيح الأخلاقي، وهنا نحل مشكلة المنهج ويصبح المنهج الأخلاقي متفق عليه، دراسة بعنوان، ميثاق شرف رياضي مقترح من وجهة نظر الفكر الأوليمبي في الأندية الرياضية، وتهدف الدراسة إلى وضع ميثاق شرف رياضي من وجهة نظر الفكر الأوليمبي، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الدراسات المسحية) وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيق أهدافه وكانت عينة الدراسة قوامها (۱۳۰) فرد واستخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات وكانت من أهم نتائج الدراسة، يساعد الميثاق الرياضي في بناء سلام من خلال الشباب الرياضي المثقف، يهدف الميثاق الرياضي إلى تنظيم وتطوير الرياضة والمسابقات الرياضية، وكانت من أهم التوصيات ضرورة الرقابة على الهيئات الرياضية، الاهتمام ببحوث الميثاق الرياضي في الهيئات الرياضية.
Morals and values in the Arab countries are derived from the heavenly religions, and the ethics of the Arab Republic of Egypt are derived from the Islamic religion. Specifically, the source of values is revelation (the Qur'an and Sahih Sunnah). They are the source of values and legislation, and the source of moral improvement and ugliness.
