|a يهدف البحث إلى تحديد التأثيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الناتجة عن تحويل الأستادات الرياضية بعواصم المحافظات إلى سلسلة أندية ستي كلوب، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (لدراسات المسحية)، وتم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى نوعين: العينة الأولي: وهي تلك العينة التي تم إجراء مقابلة شخصية معها وبلغ عدد هذه العينة (۱۳) أفراد العينة الثانية الأساسية: كان عددهم (95) فرد وهم من تم تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان عليهم، وتمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في المقابلة الشخصية، واستمارة الاستبيان. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث حسن استغلال الأصول المملوكة للدولة، مواكبة الفكر الاقتصادي القومي للدولة، استحداث أساليب جديدة لتمويل تلك الأستادات، المساهمة في تخفيض تكاليف الدعم الحكومي (وزارة الشباب والرياضة) وتوجيه هذا الدعم لقطاعات أخرى، وتتمثل التأثيرات الاقتصادية المترتبة على تحويل الاستادات الرياضية بمحافظات الجمهورية إلى سلسلة أندية ستي كلوب في تحويل الاستادات الرياضية لدعم الاقتصاد المصري، توجيه الدعم الحكومي المخصص للاستادات والمنشآت التابعة لها إلى قطاعات أخرى، زيادة موارد الدولة من الضرائب والرسوم المحصلة من هذه الأستادات والمنشآت التابعة لها ملكية الأراضي المخصصة للمنفعة العامة هي ملك لكل المواطنين والفرق الرياضية والرياضين والشباب الذي كفل لهم الدستور مادة (۸۲)، مادة (٨٤) ممارسة الرياضة وخاصة أن تلك الأراضي هي أملاك دولة عامة لا يزول عنها صفة النفع العام إلا بقرار جمهوري وهي محمية طبقاً للقانون والدستور المصري مادة (۳۳).
|b The research aims to determine the economic and social impacts resulting from converting sports stadiums in the provincial capitals into the City Club chain. The researcher used the descriptive approach (survey studies), and the research sample was divided into two types: The first sample: This is the sample with which a personal interview was conducted, and the number of these The sample was (13) individuals from the second basic sample: their number was (95) individuals, and they were the ones to whom the Asanabiyyan questionnaire was applied. The data collection tools were the personal interview and the questionnaire form. The most important findings of the research were the proper exploitation of state-owned assets, keeping pace with the state's national economic thought, developing new methods for financing these stadiums, contributing to reducing the costs of government support (the Ministry of Youth and Sports) and directing this support to other sectors. The economic effects resulting from converting the stadiums are Sports activities in the governorates of the Republic to the City Club chain in transforming sports stadiums to support the Egyptian economy, directing government support allocated to stadiums and their affiliated facilities to other sectors, increasing the state's resources from taxes and fees collected from these stadiums and their affiliated facilities. Ownership of lands allocated for public benefit is the property of all citizens, sports teams, athletes, and youth for whom the Constitution, Article (82) and Article (84), of practicing sports are guaranteed. especially since those lands are public state property whose status of public benefit cannot be removed except by a presidential decision, and they are protected in accordance with the Egyptian law and constitution. Article (33).
