المستخلص: أن موضوع الأمن الغذائي يعد من المتغيرات الخصبة الذي يشكل إنعدامه تهديدا خطيرا لأهم المبادئ والقيم المرتبطة بالحق في الحياه والكرامة الإنسانية، وبالتالي يعتبر من أهم مهددات الاستقرار والأمن على المتسوى المحلي والقومي والإقليمى والعالمي. ولكن مشكلة توفير الغذاء قائمة، والأصعب توفير الغذاء في حالة الحروب (حرب روسيا على أوكرانيا) أو الكوارث الطبيعية أو الأمراض الوبائية (كوباء فيروس كورونا المستجد COVID-19") ومن هنا ظهر مصطلح الأمن الغذائي على الساحة بشكل ملحوظ، فالأمر جد خطير، وناقوس الخطر يدق محذرا من المخاطر الكبيرة والكثيرة القاتلة. وقد تحدثت الباحثة عن سبل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وضمانات تحقيقه، فها هو كتاب اللله تعالى يخبرنا في سورة فصلت (وَعَصَىٰٓ ءَادَمُ رَبَّهُۥ فَغَوَىٰ١٢١ ثُمَّ ٱجۡتَبَٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡهِ وَهَدَىٰ١٢٢ قَالَ ٱهۡبِطَا) [فصلت: 10] فأقوات العباد مقدرة، ولكن الذي يحدث هو أن بعض البشر يجور على البعض، ويبادئه بالعدان والطغيان، فتظهر بذلك مشكلة توفير الغذاء. وقد تكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. المقدمة: اشتملت على أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث. المبحث الأول: الأمن الغذائي في القرآن الكريم. المبحث الثاني: منهج القرآن الكريم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المبحث الثالث: الضمانات القرآنية لسبل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي.

The issue of food security is one of the fertile variables whose absence constitutes a serious threat to the most important principles and values associated with the right to life and human dignity, and therefore it is considered one of the most important threats to stability and security at the local, national, regional and global levels. But the problem of providing food exists, and the most difficult thing is to provide food in the event of wars (Russia’s war on Ukraine), natural disasters or epidemic diseases (the new epidemic of the Corona virus, COVID-19), and hence the term food security appeared on the scene significantly. Beats warning of the great and many deadly dangers. The researcher talked about ways to achieve food security, and the guarantees of achieving it. Here is the Book of God Almighty telling us in Surat Fussilat (And He placed on it firmly set mountains over its surface, and He blessed it and determined therein its sustenance in four days without distinction- for those who ask) [Fussilat: 10] It happens that some people oppress others, and start them with enmity and tyranny, and thus the problem of providing food appears. This research consisted of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. Introduction: It included the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, previous studies, and the research method. The first topic: Food security in the Holy Quran. The second topic: The approach of the Noble Qur’an in achieving food security The third topic: Quranic guarantees for ways to achieve food security.
