يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس السلوك الإيجابي لدي معلمي التربية الرياضية بمحافظة القليوبية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي وذلك لملاءمته مع طبيعية البحث، كما تم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العشوائية من داخل مجتمع البحث من (معلمين– معلمات) التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة القليوبية للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲/ ۲۰۲۳م، وقد قام الباحث بحساب حجم العينة عن طريق معادلة ستيفن ثامبسون لحساب أقل حجم للعينة والتي كانت نتيجته (185) فرد، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: تم التوصل إلى بناء مقياس نوعي للسلوك الإيجابي لدي معلمي التربية الرياضية بمحافظة القليوبية ويتكون من (۳) محاور والاتفاق حول محتوى العبارات (٣٦) عبارة وهم:- - المحور الأول (السلوك الإيجابي النفسي الشخصي) وعدد عباراته (۱۲) عبارة. - المحور الثاني (السلوك الإيجابي الاجتماعي) وعدد عباراته (۱۲) عبارة. - المحور الثالث (السلوك الإيجابي المهني) وعدد عباراته (۱۲) عبارة. - فاعلية المقياس الذي تم بناءه في الدراسة الحالية لقياس السلوك الإيجابي لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية.
The research aims to build a measure of positive behavior among physical education teachers in Qalyubia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method in its survey method in order to suit it with the nature of the research. The basic research sample was also chosen randomly from within the research community of (male and female teachers) of physical education for the preparatory stage in Qalyubia Governorate. For the academic year 2022/2023 AD, the researcher calculated the sample size using Stephen Thompson’s equation to calculate the minimum sample size, which resulted in (185) individuals, and the most important results indicated: It was achieved to build a qualitative measure of positive behavior among physical education teachers in Qalyubia Governorate. It consists of (3) axes and there was agreement on the content of the statements (36) and they are: - • The first axis (positive psychological “personal” behavior) has (12) phrases • The second axis (prosocial behavior) and the number of its phrases is (12). • The third axis (positive professional behavior) and its number of statements is (12). - The effectiveness of the scale that was built in the current study to measure positive behavior among physical education teachers.
