|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة منهج ابن عاشور في خروجه عن الظاهر، ومعرفة بعض الصوارف التي اعتبرها ابن عاشور في الخروج عن ظاهر اللفظ. وقد بنيت البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. وخرجت بعدد من النتائج، من أهمها: مكانة ابن عاشور العلمية، وتقدمه وبراعته في شتى العلوم والفنون، فهو مفسر ونحوي، وفقيه. ويجب الحمل على الظاهر؛ ولا يجوز العدول عنه إلا بدليل أقوى منه. وأن الإمام ابن عاشور قد يصرف دلالة الآية عن ظاهرها لدليل أقوى. وتأثر ابن عاشور بعقيدته، فخرج في كثير من آيات الأسماء والصفات عن ظاهرها. وجاء أهم التوصيات: تطبيق مثل هذه الدراسة على كتب التفسير لبيان مدى التزام المفسرين بهذه القاعدة. والاهتمام بتتبع المواضع التي خرج فيها ابن عاشور عن الظاهر لمسوغ غير معتبر "التأويل".
|b This research aims to study the method of Ibn Āshūr in interpreting contrary to what appears, in addition to knowing some words which Ibn Āshūr considers that they turn away from the apparent meaning of the word. The research was built on an introduction and introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. It produced a number of results, the most important of which are: Ibn Ashour’s academic standing, his progress and his prowess in various sciences and arts, he is an interpreter, grammarian, and jurist. It must be taken on the surface; It is not permissible to deviate from it except with stronger evidence than it. Imam Ibn Ashour may divert the meaning of the verse from its apparent meaning due to stronger evidence. Ibn Ashour was influenced by his belief, and in many verses about names and attributes he departed from their apparent meaning. The most important recommendations were: applying such a study to the books of interpretation to show the extent of the commentators’ commitment to this rule. Paying attention to tracking the places in which Ibn Ashour departed from what is apparent for an unreasonable justification, “interpretation.”
