يهدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج دبلومة مهنية لتكنولوجيا التعليم في التربية الرياضية من خلال وضع المخرجات التعليمية لبرنامج الدبلوم المهني المقترح، وكذلك المعايير الأكاديمية للبرنامج (المواصفات القياسية لخريجي برنامج الدبلوم المهني)، وتحديد مجالات سوق العمل لخريجي برنامج الدبلوم المهني، ومكونات اللائحة الخاصة بالبرنامج، وتحديد المقررات الدراسية الإجبارية والاختيارية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (٤٠) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية النسبية من مجتمع البحث، وكانت من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها وضع التصور الكامل لمكونات مواد اللائحة الداخلية والمحتوي العلمي لمقررات برنامج الدبلوم المهني لتكنولوجيا التعليم في التربية الرياضية، كما تم الوصل إلى أهم المخرجات التعليمية المتوقعة، ومجالات عمل الخريجين، وأظهرت النتائج أهم المعايير الأكاديمية لبرنامج الدبلوم المهني لتكنولوجيا التعليم في التربية الرياضية، وأوصي الباحث بضرورة البدء في الإجراءات التنفيذية لاعتماد برنامج دبلومة مهنية لتكنولوجيا التعليم في التربية الرياضية، وكذلك أجراء المزيد من الدبلومات المهنية في كليات التربية الرياضية والتي يمكن من خلال مد سوق العمل بخريجين قادرين على مواكبة التقدم والتطور التكنولوجي.
The research aims to develop a proposed vision for a professional diploma program for educational technology in physical education by setting the educational outcomes of the proposed professional diploma program, as well as the academic standards for the program (standard specifications for graduates of the professional diploma program), identifying areas of the labor market for graduates of the professional diploma program, and components of the program’s regulations. And determining the compulsory and elective courses, the researcher used the descriptive approach, on a sample of (40) faculty members who were selected by a relative random method from the research community, One of the most important results reached was the development of a complete vision of the components of the internal regulations materials and the scientific content of the courses of the Professional Diploma Program for Educational Technology in Physical Education. The most important expected educational outcomes and fields of work for graduates were also reached, and the results showed the most important academic standards for the Professional Diploma Program for Educational Technology in Physical Education. Education in physical education, and the researcher recommended the need to begin executive procedures to adopt a professional diploma program for educational technology in physical education, as well as conducting more professional diplomas in colleges of physical education, which can be done by supplying the labor market with graduates capable of keeping pace with technological progress and development.
