المستخلص: ينطلق البحث الحالي من عرض بعض متطلبات حماية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من سلبيات الثقافة المجتمعية- الأمثال الشعبية نموذجا، وكذلك تحديد أفضل السبل للتعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والاحتياجات التربوية الخاصة وكافة فئاتهم الذين يعانون من أنماط العجز، وتقديم أهم النصائح والمتطلبات لتطبيق منظور شامل للإعاقة في مجال الحماية، ويعزز سياسة الحماية الثقافات الإيجابية والممارسات لمنع الإساءة والاستغلال والانتهاك والتحرش الجنسي ومظاهر الإساءة والإهمال ويوضح إجابة الأسئلة التالية: ما هي الحماية؟ كيف يتم تقييم الحماية والتخطيط لها؟ ما الذي تتطلبه الحماية؟ ما العمل في حال حدوث بعض المشكلات أو المعوقات؟ ويتجه البحث الحالي نحو حماية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من سلبيات الثقافة المجتمعية تجاه الإعاقة حيث النظرة الاجتماعية المتدنية والجانية على الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم، ومحاولة التغلب على تشاؤم بعض الأسر وفقدان الأمل في تحقيق تقدم ملحوظ في حالة أبنائهم المعاقين الصحية والتربوية، ومساعدة الآباء والأمهات الذين انجبوا طفلا من الأطفال المعاقين على سرعة الاكتشاف المبكر وتجاوز الصدمة والاعتراف بإعاقة الطفل مع اتخاذ تدابير الرعاية المناسبة له، وتدعيم الأسر وتوفير جو من الحب والمودة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة داخل أسرهم وفي المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية المختلفة، وتدعيم مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وحماية حقوق الأطفال المعاقين مثل سائر الأطفال العاديين، وتحقيق العدالة في رعاية وتربية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وتقديم خدمات التدخل المبكر والدمج التربوي الإنساني، والحد من التأثيرات السلبية للثقافة المجتمعية في إحداث بعض الإشكاليات الثقافية تجاه ذوي الإعاقة.

The current research is based on presenting some of the requirements for protecting children with disabilities from the negatives of societal culture- popular proverbs as an example, as well as identifying the best ways to deal with children with disabilities and special educational needs and all their categories who suffer from patterns of disability, and providing the most important advice and requirements for applying a comprehensive perspective on disability in the field of disability. Protection: The protection policy promotes positive cultures and practices to prevent abuse, exploitation, violation, sexual harassment, and manifestations of abuse and neglect. It explains the answers to the following questions: What is protection? How is protection assessed and planned? What does protection require? What to do if some problems or obstacles occur? The current research is directed towards protecting children with disabilities from the negatives of societal culture towards disability, where the low and negative social view of children with disabilities and their families, and trying to overcome the pessimism of some families and the loss of hope in achieving noticeable progress in the health and educational condition of their disabled children, and helping parents who have given birth to a child. of children with disabilities, prompt early detection, overcoming the shock, recognizing the child's disability while taking appropriate care measures for him, strengthening families and providing an atmosphere of love and affection for children with disabilities within their families and in various educational and community institutions, and strengthening the principle of equal opportunities and protecting the rights of disabled children like all other ordinary children. Achieving justice in the care and upbringing of children with disabilities, providing early intervention services and humanitarian educational integration, and reducing the negative effects of societal culture in creating some cultural problems towards people with disabilities.
