وقد هدف البحث إلى تحديد "التشغيل الاقتصادي للرياضة المدرسية- بالتطبيق على الواحات البحرية"، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي- الدراسات المسحية والتحليلية ودراسة الحالة (الواحات البحرية)، وبلغت عينة البحث (٦٢) مفردة، واستخدم البحث المقابلة الشخصية المفتوحة واستمارة استطلاع الرأي كأداتين لجمع البيانات. أهم استخلاصات البحث: - التشغيل الاقتصادي للرياضة المدرسية " هو أن " نحصل ونجني ونحقق ونأخذ " كافة " العوائد المباشرة " (الفوائد/ المزايا/ المردود/ المنافع/ المكاسب.. وغيرها)" المادية (غالباً) على المستوى " القريب " أو " المادي " أو " اللحظي " أو " الآني " أو " الواضح " أو " الصريح " مثل " المتعة/ السعادة/السلام/ الوئام/ السكينة.. وغيرها) بالإضافة إلى كافة " العوائد غير المباشرة " (البعيدة/ المعنوية/ على المدى البعيد جدا.. وغيرها) مثل (الصحة/ اللياقة البدنية/ تعلم المهارات الحركية والرياضية/ اكتساب عادة ممارسة الرياضة/ تكوين الصداقات/ التوازن النفسي/ استثمار وقت الفراغ/ اكتساب القدرة على التحمل/ العمل الجماعي/ العمل كفريق/ احترام القانون/ احترام القاضي " الحكم "/ التعود على بذل الجهد تحت الضغط " البدني/ العصبي "/ تحمل الرتابة/ التعود على النظام/ العمل داخل التنظيم.. وغيرها الكثير)، وذلك في مقابل تحمل الدولة (الحكومة/ المجتمع/ أولياء الأمور وغيرهم) لكافة التكاليف (التمويل/ الأعباء- الجهد-)، وهذا ما يحقق العلاقة السليمة والصحيحة والمناسبة بين (العائد والتكلفة)، وأما ما عدا ذلك فيعني أن " تشغيل الرياضة المدرسية " (تشغيل غير اقتصادي " تكاليف كبيرة/عائد منخفض- لا عائد تقريبا- " (الوضع الراهن). أهم توصيات البحث: - أهمية التشغيل الاقتصادي للرياضة المدرسية (جني " الحصول على " جميع العوائد " الفوائد/ المزايا/المردود/ المكاسب/ المنافع/ الأهداف/ الأغراض.. وغيرها "- ولو على المدى المتوسط أو البعيد أو البعيد جدا- من إنشاء وتشغيل أو تطبيق أو تفعيل أو تنفيذ أو عمل الرياضة المدرسية وذلك مقابل التكلفة " تمويل/ أعباء " جهود " التي تتكبدها الدولة " الحكومة/ وزارة التربية والتعليم/ المجتمع/ أولياء الأمور.. وغيرهم " نتيجة تفعيل وتشغيل الرياضة المدرسية، وهذه هي العلاقة السليمة والصحيحة والمناسبة بين التكلفة والعائد " تكاليف مناسبة " حتى لو كانت كبيرة "/ عوائد كبيرة جدا ").
The research aimed to determine "the economic operation of school sports- by application to the Bahariya Oasis." The research used the descriptive approach- survey and analytical studies and a case study (Bahariya Oasis). The research sample amounted to (62) individuals, and the research used personal interviews. The open-ended questionnaire and the opinion poll form are two tools for collecting data. The Major Findings and Conclusions. -"The economic operation of school sports" is to "obtain, reap, achieve, and take" all the "direct returns" (benefits/advantages/returns/benefits/gains...etc.)" material (often) at the "near" or "near" level.
