المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي إلكتروني لتنمية وعى الزوجات بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي في ضوء انتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بمحاورها (الصمت الزوجي، الصراع الزوجي، الطلاق العاطفي)، وقد تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (300) زوجة تم اختيار هن بطريقة صدفية غرضية من الزوجات، عاملات وغير عاملات ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (75) زوجة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية من الرباعي الأدنى لعينة البحث التجريبية. وطبقت عليهن استمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس الوعي بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي، وبرنامج إرشادي إلكتروني لتنمية وعي الزوجات بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، مستعينا بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في متوسطات درجات الزوجات عينة البحث الأساسية على مقياس الوعي بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي في ضوء انتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في المجموع الكلي لصالح الزوجات الحضريات، ولصالح الزوجات العاملات، وفارق العمر بين الزوجين من 10 سنوات فأكثر، ولصالح مدة الحياة الزوجية التي كانت أقل من 10 سنوات ولصالح المستوى التعليمي العالي للزوجين، والدخل الشهري المرتفع، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01، 0.05) بين وعي الزوجات عينة البحث الأساسية بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي بمحاوره والمجموع الكلي للمقياس وبين متغيرات الدراسة، كما توصلت النتائج إلى أن المستوى التعليمي للزوجة هو العامل الأكثر تأثيرا في تفسير نسبة التباين في وعي الزوجات عينة البحث الأساسية بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي، وأخيرا أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي استجابات الزوجات عينة البحث التجريبية في تنمية الوعي بطرق وأساليب التغلب على الاغتراب الزواجي بمحاوره والمجموع الكلي قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي وبعده حيث كانت قيم "ت" دالة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأوصت الباحثتان بإعداد برامج توعوية خصوصا للمقبلين على الزواج لتدريبهم على اختيار الشريك المناسب منذ البداية لعدم حدوث اغتراب زواجي لاحقا، تنظيم دورات تدريبية للمتزوجين لكيفية التعامل مع المشكلات، الأساليب السليمة لمواجهة الخلافات وحلها وتغيير المفاهيم المرتبطة بالعلاقات الزوجية من خلال توعيتهم بأدوارهم ومتطلبات تأسيس الحياة الزوجية الناجحة، كما أوصت الباحثتان الزوجين بحل الخلافات الناشئة أول بأول وعدم تركها تتراكم حتى لا تصل بالحياة إلى طريق مسدود.

The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of an electronic counseling program to develop wives’ awareness of ways and methods to overcome marital alienation in light of the spread of social media with its themes (marital silence, marital conflict, emotional divorce).The basic research sample consisted of (300) wives who were chosen intentionally and purposefully from wives, working and non-working, and from different social and economic levels. The experimental study sample also consisted of (75) wives from the same basic research sample, Ageneral data form, a measure of awareness of ways and methods of overcoming marital alienation, and an electronic counseling program were applied to them to develop wives’ awareness of ways and methods of overcoming marital alienation. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method., The results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the average scores of the wives of the basic research sample on the scale of awareness of ways and methods of overcoming marital alienation in light of the spread of social media in the overall group in favor of urban wives, in favor of working wives, and the age difference. Between spouses of 10 years or more, and for the benefit of the length of marital life that was less than 10 years and for the benefit of the spouses’ high educational level and high monthly income, It also found that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05) between the awareness of the wives, the basic research sample, of ways and methods of overcoming marital alienation with its axes, the total scale of the scale, and the variables of the study. The results also concluded that the educational level of the wife is the most influential factor in Explaining the percentage of variation in the awareness of the wives, the basic research sample, about ways and means of overcoming marital alienation, Finally, the results of the study demonstrated the presence of statistically significant differences between the average responses of the wives of the experimental research sample in developing awareness of ways and methods of overcoming marital alienation in its aspects and the total sum before and after the application of the counseling program, where the "t" values were significant at the significance level (0.01) in favor of the post application, The researchers recommended preparing awareness programs, especially for those about to get married, to train them to choose the appropriate partner from the beginning so that marital alienation does not occur later, organizing training courses for married couples on how to deal with problems, and proper methods for confronting and resolving disputes And changing the concepts related to marital relations by making them aware of their roles and the requirements for establishing a successful marital life. The researchers also recommended that the spouses resolve emerging disputes as soon as possible and not accumulate them so that life does not reach a dead end.
