المستخلص: تتمثل مشكلة البحث في توصيف وتحليل الأطر الإعلامية التي أحدثتها حالة الجدل السياسي والاقتصادي التي رافقت الحوار الوطني، ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية، وقد استخدم منهج المسح بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، كما اعتمد البحث على صحيفة استقصاء بواقع (٤۰۰) مفردة من الجمهور المصري والتي تم تطبيقها من خلال إتاحتها على الإنترنت، وصحيفة تحليل مضمون لصفحات المواقع الإلكترونية عينة البحث (الحوار الوطني- اليوم السابع- الدستور نيوز). وترجع أهمية البحث إلى أن دراسة الحوار الوطني تعد من الأمور المهمة التي تساعد على تحقيق العديد من الأهداف، سواء على المستوى الوطني أو الدولي، ومنها الرغبة في التعرف على حقيقة موقف الرأي العام المصري، والكشف عن أهم الأطر التي تبناها جمهور عينة الدراسة، والتعرف على أهم القضايا السياسية والاقتصادية والمجتمعية التي تمت مناقشاتها في الحوار الوطني، واستكشاف أهم نتائج الحوار الوطني وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع. والإجابة على أهم تساؤلات البحث وهي ما أبرز القضايا السياسية والاقتصادية والمجتمعية التي حظيت باهتمام الحوار الوطني المصري؟ ومن أهم نتائج البحث: إن هناك اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الجمهور بالمشاركة في الحوار الوطني، وأن الحوار الوطني قد ركز على القضايا المهمة التي تواجه مصر، بما في ذلك الإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

The research problem is to describe and analyze the media frameworks that were created by the state of political and economic debate that accompanied the national dialogue. This research is descriptive research that used the descriptive and analytical survey method. The research also relied on a survey sheet of 400 Egyptian public individuals, which was applied by making it available online, and a content analysis sheet for the pages of the electronic websites that were the sample of the research (National Dialogue- Al-Youm Al-Sabe- Al-Dustout News). The importance of the research stems from the fact that the study of the national dialogue is an important matter that helps to achieve many goals, whether at the national or international level. These goals include the desire to identify the true position of the Egyptian public opinion, to reveal the most important frameworks that were adopted by the public sample, to identify the most important political, economic, and social issues that were discussed in the national dialogue, to explore the most important results of the national dialogue and their application in reality, and to answer the most important research questions, which is what are the most prominent political, economic, and social issues that have received the attention of the Egyptian national dialogue? The most important results of the research are that there is a great interest from the public to participate in the national dialogue, and that the national dialogue has focused on the important issues facing Egypt, including political, economic, and social reform.
