المستخلص: تعتبر المشروعات الصغيرة من أساسيات دعم وتنمية الاقتصاد في محافظة بورسعيد بل وفي كل دول العالم، حيث تعتبر الصناعات والمشروعات الصغيرة القائمة على إنتاج أشغال فنية ويدوية هي من أكثر المشروعات قدرة على تقليل نسبة البطالة والمنافسة في الأسواق الخارجية، ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في بعض أساليب التطريز لإثراء المشغولات اليدوية لخدمة المشروعات الصغيرة ودعم اقتصاد الدول وبذلك فهو يعد مصدر للدخل القومي، وقد تم تطبيق هذا البرنامج على طالبات الفرقة الثانية (۲۲) طالبة قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة بورسعيد، وتحديد مدى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في إكساب الطالبات المعارف والمهارات بهدف تدريب الطالبات على إنتاج مشغولات يدوية بصورة جيدة ليصبحوا أكثر كفاءة لإقامة المشاريع الصغيرة، وقامت الباحثة بتصميم وتطبيق استمارة استبيان خاصة بالتطريز اليدوي في الجانب المعرفي والجانب المهارى على الطالبات (تطبيق قبلي)، وتم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح على الطالبات تم قامت الطالبات بإعداد عينات تدريبية للغرز (۲۲ عينة) ثم قامت بتنفيذ منتجات متنوعة من (الأشغال اليدوية) حيث قامت بعض الطالبات بتنفيذ (منتج واحد) وبعضهن قام بتنفيذ (منتجين)، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق الاستبيان الخاصة بالتطريز اليدوي في الجانب المعرفي والجانب المهارى على الطالبات (تطبيق بعدى)، وقامت بتصميم استمارة استبيان لمعرفة آراء المتخصصين وعددهم (۱۲ محكم) لتقييم المنتجات المنفذة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي تم استخدمت الإحصاء التطبيقي للوصول للنتائج وتحقيق الفروض.

Small projects are considered one of the basics of supporting and developing the economy in Port Said Governorate and even in all countries of the world, as industries and small projects based on the production of artistic and handicrafts are among the projects most capable of reducing the unemployment rate and competition in foreign markets. The research aims to know the effectiveness of the proposed program in some areas. Embroidery methods to enrich handicrafts to serve small projects and support the economy of countries, and thus it is a source of national income, This program was applied to the second year female students (22) students of the Department of Home Economics at the Faculty of Specific Education, Port Said University, and the effectiveness of the pro-posed program was determined in providing the female students with knowledge and skills with the aim of training the female students to produce handicrafts in a good manner so that they become more efficient in establishing small projects. The researcher Designed and applied a questionnaire form specifically for hand embroidery in the cognitive aspect and the skill aspect to the female students (pre-application). The proposed program was applied to the female students. Then the female students prepared training samples for stitches (22 samples) and then implemented various products from (handicrafts), where some The students implemented (one product) and some of them implemented (two products), The researcher applied the questionnaire on hand embroidery in the cognitive aspect and the skill aspect to the female students (post-application), and she designed a questionnaire to find out the opinions of the specialists (12 arbitrators) to evaluate the implemented products. The researcher used the experimental method, the descriptive method, and the analytical method, and then used applied statistics to reach the results. And fulfillment of assignments.
