|a تناولت الدراسة قضايا الإجماع الواردة عن علماء القرنين الثاني والثالث، وذلك من خلال استقراء ما ورد عنهم، ومن ثم تحليل تلك الروايات وتقويمها وفق نصوصهم المدونة والروايات المنقولة عنهم. وقد جاءت الدراسة بعنوان: «قضايا الإجماع عند أعلام القرنين الثاني والثالث - دراسة تحليلية تقويمية»، وانتظمت الدراسة بمقدمة، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة، وذلك كالتالي: المقدمة: تضمنت الاستفتاح، والعنوان، والمباحث. المبحث الأول: مخالفة الإجماع عند الحسن البصري [ت: 110هـ]. المبحث الثاني: عمل أهل المدينة عند الإمام مالك بن أنس [ت: 179ه]. المبحث الثالث: حجية الإجماع عند أبي إسحاق النظام [ت: 221هـ]. المبحث الرابع: إمكانية الإجماع عند الإمام أحمد بن حنبل [ت: 241هـ]. المبحث الخامس: مخالفة الواحد عند ابن جرير الطبري [ت: 310هـ] المبحث السادس: مخالفة الواحد عند ابن المنذر [ت: 318هـ]. الخاتمة: تضمنت أهم النتائج، وأبرز التوصيات.
|b The study tackled the issues of Consensus narrated from the scholars of the second and third centuries trough inducing what was narrated from them, then analyzing and evaluating these narrations according to their written texts. The study is entitled as: "The issues of Consensus narrated from the scholars of the second and third centuries - an analytical and evaluation study". The study included an introduction, six issues, and a conclusion as follows: The introduction: included the start, the title, and the issues. The first issue: included the violation of Consensus at Al- Hasan Al-Basry (died. 110 A.H.). The second issue: included The People's actions of AL- Madina at Malek Ibn Anas (died 179 A.H.). The third issue: included the authority of Consensus at Abi-Ishak Al-Nazzam (died 221 A.H.). The fourth issue: included the possibility of Consensus at the scholar Ahmed Ibn Hanbal (died 241 A.H.). The fifth issue: included the violation of one scholar at Ibn Garir Al-Tabary (died 310 A.H.). The sixth issue: included the violation of one scholar at Ibn El-Monzir (died 318 A.H.). The conclusion: included the most important results and the most prominent recommendations.
