المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تحديد المعارف والمهارات التي يحتاجها ذوات الإعاقة من الأقزام وقصار القامة التي يتطلبها سوق العمل، وإعداد وتنفيذ برنامج تدريبي لتأهيل ذوات الإعاقة من الأقزام وقصار القامة للعمل في صناعة الملابس المكملة للحجاب، بالإضافة إلى قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح على مستوى تحصيل ذوات الإعاقة من الأقزام وقصار القامة للمعارف الأساسية واكتسابهن للمهارات العملية الخاصة بصناعة الملابس المكملة للحجاب. واتبع البحث المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي والتجريبي، وتم إعداد أدوات لتقويم البرنامج التدريبي المقترح تكونت من اختبار تحصيلي (قبلي/ بعدي) لقياس مدى تحصيل المتدربات للمعارف المتضمنة بالبرنامج، واختبار مهاري (قبلي/ بعدي) ومقياس تقدير لقياس مدى اكتساب المتدربات للمهارات المتضمنة بالبرنامج. ومقياس اتجاه لاستطلاع آراء المتدربات نحو البرنامج التدريبي. وبعد التحقق من الصدق والثبات تم قياس فاعلية البرنامج بتطبيقه وأدوات تقويمه على عينة تجريبية مكونة من (20) متدربة من الأقزام وقصار القامة الآتي تتراوح أعمارهن بين 20: 35 سنة ذوات المستوى التعليمي المتوسط غير العاملات بالوظائف الحكومية والمنتسبات لجمعية "قصار القامة والأقزام قد التحدي للرعاية بالقاهرة" المشهرة برقم (11429) لسنة 2021م، وذلك في الفترة من 16/9/2023م – 9/11/2023م. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن البرنامج ناجح في تحقيق أهدافه وذو فاعلية بمستوى دال إحصائيا في تنمية المعارف الأساسية واكتساب المهارات العملية الخاصة ببناء وتنفيذ الملابس المكملة للحجاب, كما أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح يمكن أن يكون وسيلة فعالة لتقليل الفجوة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بين فئة ذوات الإعاقة من الأقزام وقصار القامة وغيرهم من أفراد المجتمع, من خلال تطوير قدراتهن في مجال مطلوب في سوق العمل. وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تفعيل البرنامج التدريبي المقترح ضمن خطط التدريب المستخدمة في المراكز التدريبية التابعة لوزارتي العمل والتضامن الاجتماعي لذوات الإعاقة من الأقزام وقصار القامة، إلى جانب إنشاء موقع على الإنترنت لتوفير المعلومات اللازمة عن التدريب للعمل في صناعة الملابس المكملة للحجاب.

The research aims to determine the knowledge and skills that the labor market require of dwarfs and short stature women with disabilities, and to prepare a training program to Qualify dwarfs and short stature women with disabilities to work in the manufacture of clothing that complements the hijab, in addition to measuring the effectiveness of the proposed training program on level of achievement of women with disabilities from dwarves and short stature to learn basic knowledge and acquire practical Skills for making clothes that complement the hijab. the research followed descriptive analytical and experimental methods, and tools were prepared to evaluate the proposed training program, which consisted of an achievement test (pre/post) to measure the extent to which the trainees acquired the knowledge included in the program, a skills test (pre/post) and an assessment scale to measure the extent to which trainees acquired the skills included in the program, and an attitude scale to survey the trainees̕ opinions about the training program. after verifying the validity and reliability, the effectiveness of the program was measured by applying it and its evaluation tools to an experimental sample consisting of (20) female trainees of dwarfs and short stature, aged between (20: 35 years) , with an average educational level, not working in government jobs, and affiliated with the association (short stature and dwarfs challenge for care in Cairo) registered under No. (11029) of 2021, during the period from 16/9/2023- 9/11/2023. Among the most Important findings of the research that the proposed program is effective at a statistically significant level in developing basic knowledge and acquiring practical skills for constructing and implementing clothing that complements the hijab. the proposed training program could also be an effective way to reduce the social and economic gap between the group of women with disabilities, including dwarves, short people and other members of society, by developing their capabilities in a field required in the labor market. The researcher Recommended the necessity of activating the proposed training program within the training plans used in the training centers affiliated with the ministries of labor and social solidarity for people with disabilities, including dwarves and short stature, in addition to creating a website to provide the necessary information about training to work in the manufacture of clothing that complements the hijab.
