المستخلص: أسلوب المشاكلة من الأساليب البلاغية التي تمثل ظاهرة بيانية في الحديث الشريف، وقد اقتضتها مقامات وسياقات بعينها، واكتستها معان نبوية بذاتها، فالمشاكلة صبغ بديعي له من الظلال الدلالية والخصوصيات الأسلوبية ما يجعله متميز القسمات والملامح؛ ففيها يُذكر الشيء بلفظ غيره؛ لوقوعه في صحبته تحقيقا أو تقديرا، فالوقوع في الصحبة هو العلاقة بين اللفظ ومشاكله. هذا، وقد جاءت دراستي هذه تحت عنوان: [الدلالات البلاغية للمشاكلة في أحاديث الترغيب والترهيب] إذ اختارت نماذج، تمثل الاتجاه الموضوعي للدراسة، وذلك على سبيل الاستقراء الناقص. واقتضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة أن تخرج في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس. وبيان ذلك كما يلي: المقدمة، ثم المبحث الأول: الدلالات البلاغية للمشاكلة في مقام الترغيب. ثم المبحث الثاني: الدلالات البلاغية للمشاكلة في مقام الترهيب. ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أهم نتائج البحث، ثم الفهارس. أما عن المنهج، فقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

The method of the problem is one of the rhetorical methods that represents a graphic phenomenon in the noble hadith, which is required by specific shrines and contexts, and it was set by prophetic meanings in itself. In it, the thing is mentioned by the word other; To fall into his accompaniment or appreciation, falling into companionship is the relationship between the word and its problems. This, and this studies came under the title: [The rhetorical connotations of the problem in the hadiths of prohibition and intimidation] as it chose examples of them, representing the objective direction of the study, as a matter of imperfect induction. The nature of this study requires that it come out in the introduction, preliminary, and research, conclusion, and indexes, and explain this as follows: the introduction, then the first topic: the rhetorical connotations of the problem in the place of entitlement. Then the second topic: the rhetorical connotations of the problem in the place of intimidation. Then the conclusion, and it has the most important search results, then indexes. As for the curriculum, this study followed the descriptive analytical approach.
