Modern production systems are of great importance to manufacturing companies, including lean manufacturing technology, which calls for reducing waste by eliminating unnecessary activities that do not add value to the product, improving the quality of the products, as well as reducing waiting time. As for manufacturing products according to customer demand, agile manufacturing was found to achieve this task efficiently, effectively and economically. Assuming the application of lean manufacturing with agile manufacturing on the same production processes of the manufacturing companies, it was found that this matter is difficult due to the high diversity of products and the change in value. You may need agile manufacturing technology requires the presence of sufficient inventory to cover the demand for products, and this conflicts with lean manufacturing, which imposes zero inventory. Therefore, this conflict was resolved by applying Leagile (hybrid) manufacturing technology, which combines the advantages of lean and agile manufacturing. Although the concept of lean and agile manufacturing has been discussed in previous literature, this study seeks to urge industrial companies to apply Leagile manufacturing, which combines lean and agile manufacturing in order to reduce costs and waste and achieve quality by identifying the concept of hybrid manufacturing, studying comparison, and understanding the difference between... Lean, efficient, and hybrid manufacturing by reducing costs and increasing quality in order to achieve customer satisfaction (reducing waiting time, product variety, increasing customer service) and the profitability of manufacturing companies (increasing market share, increasing sales, increasing profits, increasing customers). Therefore, this research paper attempts to fill the gap. Through a systematic review of the literature and adopting a Leagile manufacturing approach as a basis for manufacturing companies.
