|a يدخل البحث ضمن دائرة تحقيق التراث العربي، التي تعنى بإخراج المخطوطات العربية إلى حيز المطبوعات المنشورة، وقد عني الباحث في هذا البحث بدراسة كتاب مختصر التسهيل المسمى بالقوانين لعز الدين بن جماعة، وتحقيقه. والكتاب مختصر لواحد من أهم المتون النحوية، وهو كتاب تسهيل الفوائد وتكميل المقاصد للإمام محمد بن مالك. وقد اعتمد المؤلف في اختصاره للتسهيل على انتقاء ما يراه حقيقا بأن يدخل -وفق ما يراه- تحت مسمى قوانين النحو، مقتصرا فيه على عدد محدود من القضايا النحوية المهمة في أغلب أبواب التسهيل وفصوله، فجاء هذا الكتاب في غاية الاختصار. وقد انحصر أغلب ما انتقاه ابن جماعة من عبارات التسهيل في القضايا النحوية والصرفية التي تناولها ابن مالك في مطالع الأبواب، بالإضافة إلى المواطن التي يشير فيها إلى أصحاب الآراء الموافقة والمخالفة، وقل انتقاؤه مما سوى ذلك. وزاد ابن جماعة على هذه القوانين التي انتقاها من التسهيل شروحا لبعض عبارات ابن مالك، وإشارات وتنويهات بوجود إشكالات، ومواضع نظر له على عبارات أخرى، أبان عنها في تعليقاته التي أملاها على تلميذه ناسخ الكتاب، وفي مواضع قليلة جدا من الكتاب خالف منهجه الانتقائي إلى منهج الاختصار التقليدي، وذلك بالتعبير بأسلوبه عن كلام ابن مالك.
|b This research belongs to the field of the Arab heritage realization which is interested in turning the Arab scripts into printed publications. The researcher took into consideration the study and check up of Ibn Jamaa's book Mukhtassar Al Tasheel Facilitation resume) which is entitled "The Laws." The book is a resume of one of the most important grammatical texts. This book is Ibn Malek's Tasheel Al Fawaed Wa Takmeel Al Makassed (benefit Facilitation and intention accomplishment). In his summary of the concept "Facilitation", the writer selected what he saw worth being put under the laws of grammar, sticking to a limited number of some important grammatical issues in most of the Facilitation sections and chapters, thus, leading to a very reduced book. Most of the Facilitation terms that Ibn Jamaa selected were limited to the grammatical and morphological issues that Ibn Malek dealt with in the introduction of each section in addition to the parts in which he refers to opinion upholders or opposers, giving less attention to other points, Apart from these laws he selected from Facilitation, Ibn Jamaa added explanations of some of Ibn Malek's terms, besides some hints and mentioning of some existing problems, and his perspectives on some other terms which he shed light on in his comments that he dictated to his student, copyist of the book, and he contradicted his selective approach by following the traditional reducing approach through using his own way to express Inb Malek's ideas.
