أهتم علماء الاجتماع بدراسة العوامل المؤدية إلى ارتكاب السلوك الإجرامي من منطلق النظرية الاجتماعية، حيث شهد المجتمع المصري العديد من التطورات والتغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية منذ ثورة 25 يناير 2011 وحتى الآن، كما أن الأزمة التي انتابت العالم أزمة انتشار كوفيد-19 وموجاته المتعددة ومتحوراته المختلفة والتي ما زال يشهدها ويعانى من آثارها جميع بلدان العالم، ولم يفيق العالم من أزمة كورونا إلا واشتعلت الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية لتزيد من الأزمة الاقتصادية وعلى نطاق أوسع، ولذا يسعى البحث إلي: التعرف على أثر الظروف الاقتصادية على زيادة نوع الجريمة، والتعرف على أثر الظروف الاقتصادية على زيادة معدلات الجريمة، وأيضاً الكشف عن الدوافع والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى ارتكاب الجريمة، ومعرفة الحلول غير التقليدية للحد من ارتكاب الجريمة، ولذا اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستعيناً بطريقة المسح بالعينة ومن خلال الاعتماد على أداة جمع المعلومات الاستبيان، لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، حيث اعتمد البحث على عينة قدرها (400) نزيل في سجن برج العرب بالإسكندرية، منهم (250) ذكر، و(150) أنثى، وكذلك على جمعيات رعاية الأحداث بعينة بلغت (100) حدث، حيث جاء (65) حدث ذكر، و(35) حدث أنثى، وذلك بإجمالي عدد عينة (500) مفردة، ومن خلال ذلك توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج التي توضح أثر الظروف الاقتصادية على زيادة نوع ومعدلات الجرائم، والتي منها ما يلي: أولا -النتائج: 1-جاء في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية الذكور وذلك في الفئة العمرية الواقع من ٢٥ إلى ٣٠ سنة وذلك بنسبة مئوية بلغت (36.4%). 2-جاء في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية الأحداث الذكور في الفئة ۲ العمرية من ١٥ إلى ۲۱ سنة، وذلك بنسبة مئوية بلغت (56.9%). 3-جاء في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية الذكور في مدة الحبس حيث جاءت (من 5 إلى 10 سنوات) بنسبة مئوية بلغت (43.6%). ثانيا –التوصيات: 1-القيام برفع دخل الأفراد في المجتمع من خلال وضع سياسات مالية تضمن توفير سبل العيش الكريم للأفراد في المجتمع. 2-على أصحاب رؤوس الأموال والمستثمرين رفع رواتب العاملين وتقديم مساعدات مالية لهم للتقليل من الدوافع التي تؤدي إلى ارتكاب السلوك الإجرامي.
Sociologists have been interested in studying the factors that lead to the commission of criminal behavior from the standpoint of social theory, as the Egyptian society has witnessed many political and economic developments and changes since the revolution of January 25, 2011 until now. All countries of the world are still witnessing and suffering from its effects, and the world did not wake up from the Corona crisis unless the Russian-Ukrainian war erupted, to aggravate the economic crisis and on a larger scale. Therefore, the research seeks to: identify the impact of economic conditions on the increase in the type of crime, and identify the impact of economic conditions on the increase in crime rates, and also reveal the motives and reasons that lead to the commission of crime, and knowledge of non-traditional solutions to reduce crime, and therefore the research relied on the approach Analytical descriptive using the sampling survey method and by relying on the questionnaire, the data collection tool, To achieve these goals, the research relied on a sample of (400) inmates in the Burj Al Arab prison in Alexandria, of whom (250) males, and (150) females, as well as on juvenile welfare associations with a sample of (100) juveniles, where (65) juveniles came Male, and (35) female juveniles, with a total sample number of (500) individuals, and through that the research reached many results that explain the impact of economic conditions on the increase in the type and rates of crimes, including the following: First- the results: 1-Males ranked first in terms of importance in the actual age group (from 25 to 30 years), with a percentage of (36.4%). 2-The male juveniles in the age group (15 to 21 years) ranked first in terms of importance, with a percentage of (56.9%). 3-The males came in the first place in terms of importance in the period of imprisonment, as it came (from 5 to 10 years) with a percentage of (43.6%). Second- Recommendations: 1-Raising the income of individuals in society through the development of financial policies that guarantee the provision of decent livelihoods for individuals in society. 2-Owners of capital and investors should raise the salaries of employees and provide them with financial assistance to reduce the motives that lead to committing criminal behaviour.
