المستخلص: تكمن المشكلة البحثية في كيفية قياس تأثير الابتكار في مشاريع السياحة، خصوصا في مشروع بوابة الدرعية، وتحديد العوامل التي تسهم في نجاحه واستدامته، يتطلب ذلك دراسة شاملة لتحديد تأثير الابتكارات التكنولوجية والإدارية على جذب السياح وتحسين تجربتهم، بالإضافة إلى تقييم كيفية تعزيز الهوية الثقافية والتاريخية للمنطقة من خلال الابتكار. وتعد الدراسة وصفية، وتم سحب عينة من العاملين في مشروع بوابة الدرعية بواقع 15 عامل و100 سائح، وتوصلت الدراسة في المقابلات، تم تحديد الاستخدام المكثف للتكنولوجيا مثل التطبيقات الذكية وتقنيات الواقع المعزز بنسبة 37.1% و33.3% على التوالي، مما يعكس تبني المشروع لابتكارات تهدف إلى تعزيز تجربة الزوار، ومن ناحية أخرى، أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية أن هذه الابتكارات قد أسفرت عن تحسين ملحوظ في تجربة الزوار، حيث أن 76% منهم اعتبروا تأثير التقنيات الإيجابي كبيرا، كما قدمت المقابلات نظرة متعمقة حول استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإدارة البيانات بنسبة 10.4%، وأكدت الدراسة الميدانية على نجاح هذه التقنيات في تحليل بيانات الزوار وتحسين التنظيم، حيث سجلت نسبة 77% من الزوار تقييما ممتازا لتنظيم الفعاليات، أما في ما يتعلق بالابتكارات الإدارية، فقد أظهرت المقابلات استخدام نظم إدارة حديثة وتقنيات مبتكرة مثل إدارة المشاريع الرشيقة، مما ساهم في تحسين تنظيم العمل بين الفرق بنسبة 44.4% و27.8% على التوالي، وقد أيدت الدراسة الميدانية هذه النتائج، حيث أظهرت أن 81% من الزوار رأوا أن الابتكارات الإدارية قد حسَّنت تجربتهم بشكل كبير، وعند تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في نجاح المشروع، أبرزت المقابلات أهمية التكامل بين الدعم الحكومي والشراكات والاستثمار، وهو ما يتماشى مع نتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي أكدت دور هذه العوامل في تعزيز نجاح المشروع واستدامته حيث أشارت الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن الابتكارات التكنولوجية والإدارية قد أسهمت بشكل كبير في تعزيز الهوية الثقافية والتاريخية لمشروع بوابة الدرعية، حيث حصلت على أوزان نسبية مرتفعة في تعزيز الفهم للتراث الثقافي والتاريخي، وعن تعزيز الهوية الثقافية والتاريخية من خلال الابتكارات التكنولوجية والإدارية كان موضوعا هاما حيث تم تسليط الضوء في المقابلات على دور هذه الابتكارات في تعزيز الفهم للتراث الثقافي والتاريخي لمشروع بوابة الدرعية كما أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية أن الابتكارات ساهمت بشكل ملحوظ في تعزيز الهوية الثقافية والتاريخية للمشروع، حيث سجلت نسبا مرتفعة في تقييم تأثير هذه الابتكارات على الوعي بالتراث.

The research problem lies in measuring the impact of innovation on tourism projects, particularly the Diriyah Gate Project, and identifying the factors that contribute to its success and sustainability. This requires a comprehensive study to determine the effects of technological and managerial innovations on attracting tourists and improving their experience, as well as evaluating how innovation enhances the cultural and historical identity of the region. The study is descriptive and includes a sample of 15 employees and 100 tourists from the Diriyah Gate Project. The interviews revealed that the intensive use of technology, such as smart applications and augmented reality techniques, accounted for 37.1% and 33.3% respectively, reflecting the project's adoption of innovations aimed at enhancing the visitor experience. On the other hand, the field study showed that these innovations led to a noticeable improvement in visitor experience, with 76% of them considering the positive impact of technologies significant. The interviews provided an in-depth view of the use of artificial intelligence techniques and data management, which accounted for 10.4%, and confirmed the field study's findings on the success of these techniques in analyzing visitor data and improving organization, with 77% of visitors rating event organization as excellent. Regarding managerial innovations, the interviews showed the use of modern management systems and innovative techniques such as agile project management, which contributed to improving work organization among teams by 44.4% and 27.8% respectively. The field study supported these results, indicating that 81% of visitors believed that managerial innovations had significantly improved their experience. When analyzing the factors influencing the project's success, the interviews highlighted the importance of integrating government support, partnerships, and investment. This aligns with the field study's results, which emphasized the role of these factors in enhancing the project's success and sustainability. The field study also indicated that technological and managerial innovations significantly contributed to enhancing the cultural and historical identity of the Diriyah Gate Project, with high relative weights in improving understanding of cultural and historical heritage. The role of these innovations in strengthening the cultural and historical identity of the project was a major theme, with interviews highlighting their impact on enhancing understanding of the project's cultural and historical heritage. The field study showed that innovations significantly contributed to strengthening the cultural and historical identity of the project, with high percentages in evaluating the impact of these innovations on heritage awareness.
