المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر السنة النبوية وبيان دورها الفاعل في بناء شخصية الفرد المسلم من خلال اختيار نماذج عملية من السنة- على سبيل التمثيل؛ تظهر العناية الفائقة بجميع جوانب الإنسان المختلفة المادية والعقلية والروحية باعتبارها اللبنات الأساسية في كيان المجتمع، وعود ذلك على البناء الحضاري؛ إذ البناء الحضاري هو مجموع هذه القيم والمبادئ التي يتفاعل معها الإنسان بقوة إيمانه بالله تعالى، والذي بتنمية ذاته فيها ينطلق نحو بناء نسقه الحضاري بين سائر حضارات شعوب العالم، فضلا عن استشرافه الخير العام للمجتمع الإنساني الذي يعيش بداخله لحفظ بناءه الحضاري من الاندثار. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن السنة النبوية زاخرة بالأسس والمبادئ والدعائم التربوية الحية المتجددة، والعائدة بالنفع على الذات الإنسانية بوجه خاص، والبناء الحضاري للمجتمعات الإنسانية بوجه عام، وهو ما يؤكد الأسبقية التاريخية للسنة النبوية للأبحاث المعاصرة والنظريات الوضعية في صياغة هذه القيم الربانية البناءة في شتى جوانب البناء الحضاري من خلال تنمية الذات الإنسانية، وهو ما يجعل الرجوع إليها أولا مطلبا أساسيا، دون أن يعني ذلك عدم الاستفادة من كل ما هو نافع ومفيد في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية؛ لأن الثقافة الإسلامية ثقافة تعارف على مختلف ثقافات شعوب العالم، بينما البحث قائم على بيان كيف اعتنت السنة النبوية برسم ملامح القيم الربانية والإنسانية المؤدية بالبشرية إلى بناء حضارتها من خلال تنمية الذات الإنسانية روحيا، وأخلاقيا، ومهاريا كالمهارات القيادية وبيان أن القيادة تكليف لا تشريف، وتربية أساليب التفكير الإيجابي، ومبادئ العمل الجماعي؛ لأن العمل بروح الفريق سر من أسرار نهضة المجتمع، ويحقق الأهداف المشتركة، وكذلك اهتمت السنة النبوية بغرس قيم (المسؤولية) في أبناء المجتمع، إلى غير ذلك من القيم الروحية والأخلاقية والمهارية التي من شأنها تعزيز الجوانب التنموية في ذات الإنسان على نحو يسهم في دفع البشر نحو التقدم الحضاري.

This study aims to highlight the impact of the Prophet’s Sunnah and demonstrate its effective role in building the personality of the Muslim individual by selecting practical examples of the Sunnah- as a representation; Extreme care is shown for all the different aspects of man, material, mental, and spiritual, as they are the basic building blocks of society, and this is due to the construction of civilization. Civilizational construction is the sum of these values and principles with which man interacts with the strength of his faith in God Almighty, and by developing himself in them, he sets out to build his civilizational system among all the civilizations of the peoples of the world, in addition to anticipating the general good of the human society within which he lives in order to preserve his civilizational structure from extinction. The study concluded that the Prophetic Sunnah is full of living, renewable educational foundations, principles, and pillars that benefit the human self in particular, and the civilizational building of human societies in general, which confirms the historical precedence of the Prophetic Sunnah for contemporary research and positive theories in formulating these constructive divine values in various aspects. Building civilization through the development of the human self, which makes returning to it a basic requirement, without this meaning not benefiting from everything that is useful and beneficial in the human and social sciences. Because Islamic culture is a culture of acquaintance with the various cultures of the peoples of the world, while the research is based on explaining how the Prophet’s Sunnah took care of drawing the features of divine and human values that lead humanity to build its civilization through developing the human self spiritually, morally, and skillfully such as leadership skills and explaining that leadership is a task, not an honor, and an upbringing. Positive thinking methods and teamwork principles; Because working in a team spirit is one of the secrets of the renaissance of society, and achieves common goals. Likewise, the Sunnah of the Prophet was concerned with instilling the values of (responsibility) in the members of society, as well as other spiritual, moral, and skill values that would.
