المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على البناء النفسي لدى طالبتين من جامعة الفيوم، وتمثلت العينة من حالتين الحالة الأولى وهي تبلغ من العمر (18) عام وهي تعاني من مرض التبول اللاإرادي، والحالة الثانية تبلغ من العمر 21 عام وهي تعاني من اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الإكلينيكي (دراسة حالة) باستخدام مقياس الاستجابة المتطرفة الاسقاطي (إعداد الباحثة)، ومجموعة من المقاييس النفسية الأخرى كمقياس مقياس القلق لتايلور ترجمة د. مصطفى فهمي. مقياس بيك للاكتئاب ترجمة أحمد عبد الخالق وتعديل وتقنين أسماء عبد العزيز الحسين. مقياس اضطرابات الشخصية لد. محمد حسن غانم وأ.د. عادل دمرداش ود. مجدي محمد زينة. مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل SCL-90-R أ.د عبد العزيز موسى محمد ثابت. مقياس الميول الانتحارية لموري ترجمة د. معوشة عبد الحفيظ، مقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة لدافيدسون ترجمة د. عبد العزيز ثابت، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الحالة الأولى تعاني من اضطراب الذات غير الانتحاري حيث حصلت الحالة من خلال تطبيق مقياس الاستجابة المتطرفة على (511) درجة من الدرجة الكلية (669) وهذا يدل على ارتفاع نسبة تطرف الاستجابة، وكما أنها حصلت من خلال تطبيق مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل على (277) من الدرجة الكلية (360) حيث نجد الدرجات مرتفعة في بعد (الأعراض الجسمانية والوسواس القهري والحساسية التفاعلية والقلق والذهانية والعداوة والاكتئاب والبارنوايا) ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس الاضطرابات الشخصية حصلت على أعلى الدرجات في كل من (الشخصية الفصامي النوعي والشخصية البينية والشخصية المضادة للمجتمع والشخصية الهيسترية والشخصية الهازمة للذات والشخصية المكتئبة)، ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس تايلور للقلق حصلت على (47) وهي تقع بذلك تحت فئة قلق شديد جدا جدا، ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس الاكتئاب حصلت على (42) وهي تقع تحت فئة اكتئاب شديد وحصلت على (250) من الدرجة الكلية (285) من خلال تطبيق مقياس الميول الانتحارية لموري، والحالة الثانية تعاني من اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة وقد حصلت الحالة من خلال تطبيق مقياس الاستجابة المتطرفة على (519) درجة من الدرجة الكلية (669) وهذا يدل على ارتفاع نسبة تطرف الاستجابة، وكما أنها حصلت من خلال تطبيق مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل على (206) من الدرجة الكلية (360) حيث نجد الدرجات مرتفعة في بعد (الوسواس القهري والاكتئاب والبارنوايا) ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس الاضطرابات الشخصية حصلت على أعلى الدرجات في كل من (الشخصية المتجنبة والشخصية المعتمدة على غيرها والشخصية الفصامي النوعي والشخصية الهازمة للذات)، ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس تايلور للقلق حصلت على (36) وهي تقع بذلك تحت فئة قلق شديد جدا، ومن خلال تطبيق مقياس الاكتئاب حصلت على (26) وهي تقع تحت فئة اكتئاب شديد، وحصلت على (43) من (68) في مقياس كرب ما بعد الصدمة.

The study aimed to identify the psychological structure of two female students from Fayoum University. The sample consisted of two cases, the first case is (18) years old and suffers from bedwetting, and the second case is 21 years old and suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. The study relied on the clinical approach (case study) using the extreme projective response scale (prepared by the researcher), and a group of other psychological scales such as Taylor's anxiety scale translated by Dr. Mustafa Fahmy. Beck Depression Inventory translated by Ahmed Abdel Khaleq and modified and standardized by Asmaa Abdel Aziz Al-Hussein. Personality Disorders Scale by Dr. Mohamed Hassan Ghanem, Prof. Adel Damardash, and Dr. Magdy Mohamed Zeina. Modified Mental Health Scale SCL- 90-R by Prof. Abdel Aziz Musa Mohamed Thabet. Mori's Suicidal Tendencies Scale, translated by Dr. Moasha Abdel Hafeez, Davidson's Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Scale, translated by Dr. Abdel Aziz Thabet, and the results of the study showed that the first case suffers from where the examinee obtained (511) degrees out of a total score of (669) through the application of the extreme response scale, which indicates a high percentage of extreme response, and also obtained (277) out of a total score of (360) through the application of the modified mental health scale, where we find high scores in the dimension (physical symptoms, obsessive-compulsive disorder, reactive sensitivity, anxiety, psychosis, hostility, depression, and paranoia) and through the application of the personality disorders scale, she obtained the highest scores in each of (schizotypal personality, borderline personality, antisocial personality, hysterical personality, self-defeating personality, and depressed personality), and through the application of the Taylor Anxiety Scale, she obtained (47), which is thus under the category of very, very severe anxiety, and through the application of the depression scale, she obtained (42), which is under the category of severe depression and obtained Ali (250) out of a total score of (285) through the application of the Mori Suicidal Tendencies Scale, and the second case The examinee obtained (519) out of a total score of (669) through the application of the extreme response scale, which indicates a high percentage of extreme response, and she also obtained (206) out of a total score of (360) through the application of the modified mental health scale, where we find high scores in the dimension (obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and paranoia) and through the application of the personality disorders scale, she obtained the highest scores in each of (avoidant personality, dependent personality, schizotypal personality and self-defeating personality), and through the application of the Taylor Anxiety Scale, she obtained (36) and thus falls under the category of very severe anxiety, and through the application of the depression scale, she obtained (26) and falls under the category of severe depression, and she obtained (43) out of (68) in the post-traumatic stress scale.
