|a هدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة في تحسين الأداء المهني للمعلمين، من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية والفلسفية لتطوير إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة من حيث مفهوم التربية الخاصة، الأهداف العامة لإدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة، فلسفة عملها والأدوار والمسئوليات المنوط لهذه الإدارة القيام بها، وهدف أيضاً هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية والفلسفية للأداء المهني للمعلمين في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة من حيث مفهوم الأداء المهني للمعلمين، أبعاده، طرق تقويمه، عوامل ضعفه وسبل تحسينه، والتوصل إلى توصيات لتطوير إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة لتحسين الأداء المهني للمعلمين، استخدمت الباحثة "المنهج الوصفي"، وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى وضع عدة توصيات لتطوير إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة في تحسين الأداء المهني للمعلمين، كان من أهمها ضرورة تقديم الإدارات التعليمية الدعم لمدارس التربية الخاصة لتطوير إداراتها وكذلك الدراسة الدقيقة لاحتياجات المعلمين المهنية من قبل إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة.
|b The aim of this research is to develop the administration of special education schools in improving the professional performance of teachers, by identifying the theoretical and philosophical foundations for the development of the administration of special education schools in contemporary administrative and educational literature in terms of the concept of special education, the general objectives of the administration of special education schools, its work philosophy, and roles and responsibilities, this administration is assigned to carry out this research. The aim of this research is also to identify the theoretical and philosophical foundations of the professional performance of teachers in contemporary administrative and educational literature in terms of the concept of the professional performance of teachers, its dimensions, methods of evaluating it, factors of its weakness and ways to improve it, and to reach recommendations for developing the management of special education schools and improving Performance for teachers. The researcher used the "descriptive approach," and the current research reached several recommendations to develop private school administration to improve the professional performance of teachers. The most important of them was the need for educational administrations to provide support to special education schools to develop their administrations, as well as careful study of teachers' professional needs by the administration.
