تهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في التعرف على العوامل التي تسهم في تحقيق جودة تدريب طلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأهداف الفرعية الأخرى استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بشقية النظري والتطبيقي، وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات التي من مجتمع البحث الذي تكون من الطلاب المتدربون في مستشفيات محافظة جدة، واشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (121) طالبة وطالبة من مجتمع البحث. تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد نتائج من أبرزها: -أتضح من خلال الدراسة وبنسبة عالية وبمتوسط (3.91 من 5) فعالية برامج وأساليب التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي. -أوضحت الدراسة وبنسبة عالية وبمتوسط (3.62 من 5) بالموافقة على فعالية أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي والمشرفين على التدريب الميداني في تزويد المتدربين بالخبرات والمهارات اللازمة لممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية. -أوضحت الدراسة وبنسبة عالية جدا وبمتوسط (4.12 من 5)، أن هناك عدد من العوامل المساعدة التي يمكن أن تؤدي إلى تطور ورفع جودة التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي. -أتضح من خلال الدراسة وبنسبة موافقة عالية وبمتوسط (3.66 من 5) وجود وجود بعض المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية وجودة التدريب الميداني لطلاب الخدمة الاجتماعية.
The aim of this study is to achieve a main goal which is to identify the factors that contribute in achieving the quality of training of social service students in medical field, in addition to some other sub-goals the researcher used a descriptive analytical approach in the theoretical and practical of this study. Moreover, a survey questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the research population consisted of trained students in Jeddah governorate hospitals, and the sample included (121) male and female students of the research population. A Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) program was applied to analyze the data of the study. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of them are: -The study indicated a high and average rate of (3.91 out of 5), of effectiveness of field training programs and methods for social service students of medical field. -The study revealed a high and average rate of (3.62 out of 5) agreed the effectiveness of the roles of the social worker and supervisors of field training in providing the trainees with the expertise and skills necessary to practice social service. -The study also revealed, a very high average rate of (4.12 out of 5), that there are a number of associate factors that can lead to improve and raise the quality of field training for students of social service in medical field. -The study indicated a high approval rate and average of (3.66 out of 5) that there are some barriers that limit the effectiveness and quality of field training for students of social work.
