المستخلص: الاشتغال بعلوم الشريعة شرف وفضيلة تتنور بها العقول، وتنضبط بها الأقوال والأفعال، فتتيقن الإنسانية أنه لا سبيل لسعادتها وراحتها، إلا بشريعة تصلح لكل زمان ومكان، وهي الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء. وإذا أردنا الرجوع للشريعة الإسلامية، فلا بد من الوقوف عند مصدرها الأول وهو القرآن الكريم، فكان الوقوف عند القرآن في بيان بعض مسائل الوكالة، وهو مادة هذا البحث، والذي جاء بعنوان (الوكالة في ضوء القرآن الكريم، دراسة موضوعية)، لتحقيق الأهداف الآتية وفق المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي: 1. بيان معنى الوكالة. ٢. بيان أنواع الوكالة الواردة في القرآن، وما ورد في القرآن مما يرخص للوكيل. ٣. دراسة هذا الموضوع من الناحية التفسيرية. 4. خدمة كتاب الله تعالى من خلال هذا الموضوع الذي يبين عظمة هذا التنزيل. وكان من نتائج الدراسة الآتي: * جواز الوكالة في كل حق تجوز النيابة فيه، فتجوز في البيع والشراء. * وقوع الوكالة في حفظ الشؤون والرعاية. * انتفاء الوكالة على المتهم الذي يدعي الباطل وكذلك انتفاء المجادلة عنه. * وقوع الوكالة بأجرة وبدونها. * الرخصة للوكيل والمختزن للطعام أن يأكل مما تحت يده بدون إذن بما لا يتجاوز الشبع.

Working with Knowledge of Shari'ah is an honor and a virtue by which minds are enlightened, and by which words and deeds are disciplined, so that humanity is certain that there is no way for its happiness and comfort, except with a law that is suitable for every time and place, namely the glorious Islamic Sharia. And if we want to arbitrate the Islamic Shari'ah, we must refer to its first source, which is the Holy Qur’an. Referring to the Qur’an was in explaining some issues of power of attorney, which is the subject of this research, which came under the title (Power of Attorney in the Light of the Holy Quran, an Objective Study), to achieve the following objectives according to Analytical Inductive Method: 1. Explanation of the meaning of power of attorney 2. Clarification of the types of power of attorney mentioned in the Qur’an, and what is mentioned in the Qur’an that authorizes the agent 3. Studying this subject from an explanatory point of view 4. Serving the Book of God Almighty through this subject, which shows the greatness of this revelation The study concluded the following results: * Permissibility of power of attorney in every right that may be represented in it, so it is permissible in buying and selling * Practice of power of attorney in keeping affairs and care * Absence of power of attorney for the accused person who claims falsehood, as well as the absence of arguing on his behalf * Practice of power of attorney with or without fare * License for the agent and food store guard to eat out of what is on his hand without permission, not exceeding satiety
