أن الشريعة والحقيقة هما جناحان يطير بهما السالك إلى الله تعالى، تربطهما علاقة تكاملية فلا غنى لأحدهما عن الآخر، فبهما معا يسير المريد طريقه في الحياة الروحية؛ ولهذا جاء هذا البحث بيانا لماهية الشريعة والحقيقة والعلاقة بينهما، ووددت أيضا من خلال هذا البحث أن أجيب عن أسئلة كثيرة يقوم عليها ديننا الإسلامي مثل: ما الشريعة؟ وما الحقيقة؟ ما سر الخلاف بين بعض الفقهاء والمتصوفة؟ هل حقا هناك تضاد بين الشريعة والحقيقة؟ وهل يصل السالك بالشريعة وحدها أم بالحقيقة وحدها أم بهما معا؟ من هو الشيخ أحمد التجاني؟ وما التراث الذي خلفه؟ ما الشريعة عنده ودورها في تصوفه؟ كيف كانت الحقيقة هي شغله الشاغل؟ أسئلة عدة سيتوصل البحث من خلال إجاباتها إلى أن الشريعة والحقيقة وجهان لعملة واحدة، لا يفترقان، وأن التجاني صوفي كبير وازن بين الشريعة والحقيقة في حياته وفي نصوصه الصوفية، وسيبحر في حياة عرفانية سامية، ورحلة فكرية وجدانية تمتد من الخلق إلى الحق.
As-Shari'ah and Al-Haqiqah are two wings with which the traveler flies to Allah. They have an integral relationship that is indispensable to one another. Through both of them together, the disciple goes his way in spiritual life; That is why this research is to clarify what are Shari'ah, Haqiqah? And what’s the relationship between them. Through this research, I also wanted to answer many questions on which our Islamic religion is based, such as: What is the Shari'ah? What is the Haqiqh? What's the reason of the conflict between some Jurists and Sufies? Is there a real conflict between As-Shari'ah and Al- Haqiqah? Does the disciple arrive through in As-Shari'ah alone or in Al-Haqiqah alone or together? Who is Sheikh Ahmed Al-Tijaniyy? What’s his heritage? What As-Shari'ah meant to him? and what was its role in his sufism? How was the Haqiqah his principal preoccupation? Several questions through their answers, The researcher will find that As-Shari'ah and Al-Haqiqah are two sides of the same coin, with no separation, and that Al-Tijaniyy is a great sufi who balanced between As-Shari'ah and Al-Haqiqah in his life and in his Sufi texts. Thus he will sail in a sublime spiritual life, and an intellectual and emotional journey that extends from creation to truth.
