|a الإمام البغوي هو عالم إسلامي. ومن الممكن تلخيص ما ذكره الإمام البغوي في العهد المدني على النحو التالي: . إقامة الدولة الإسلامية: يشير الإمام إلى أن العهد المدني شهد تأسيس الدولة الإسلامية في المدينة، وتحويلها إلى مركز للحكم والإدارة. العلاقات الدولية: يشير الإمام إلى أن العهد المدني شهد تطبيق سياسة خارجية نشطة، حيث تم تنمية العلاقات مع القبائل والدول المجاورة وإقامة معاهدات واتفاقيات سلمية. يجب ملاحظة أن هذا مجرد ملخص موجز لما ذكره الإمام في العهد المدني، ولذلك قد يحتوي على تبسيط للمفاهيم والأفكار المطروحة في تفسيره للحصول على فهم أعمق ومفصل، يُنصح بالرجوع إلى نصوص تفسير الإمام الأصلية.
