المستخلص: أهداف الدراسة: التعرف على أهمية بيان هيئة كبار العلماء حول تصنيف جماعة الإخوان المسلمين. بيان الموقف الشرعي لهيئة كبار العلماء من الانحرافات الفكرية لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين. الوقوف على مظاهر الانحراف الفكري عند جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في بيان هيئة كبار العلماء. بيان طرق الحماية الفكرية من انحرافات جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في بيان هيئة كبار العلماء. منهج الدراسة: المنهج الاستنباطي، ومنهج التحليل الكيفي. نتائج الدراسة: كان تصنيف جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بالإرهابية هو حكم مبني على دراسة الانحرافات الفكرية لديهم، فلم يصدر هذا الحكم إلا بحجة وبرهان. جاء بيان هيئة كبار العلماء في كشف الانحرافات الفكرية لدى جماعة الإخوان المسلمين من منطلق الأهمية البالغة لهذا البيان. أوضح البيان الحكم الشرعي من انحرافات جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الفكرية في كونها جماعة منحرفة وإرهابية. أوضح البيان مظاهر الانحراف الفكري عند جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، وغايتهم ووسائلهم وأساليبهم في منازعة ولاة الأمر ونشر الشرور والفتن في المجتمعات واستغلال الدين وعاطفة الناس في تحقيق أهدافهم. جعل بيان هيئة كبار العلماء اتباع الصراط المستقيم طريق الحماية الفكرية من انحرافات جماعة الإخوان المسلمين. كان بيان هيئة كبار العلماء وقاية من الانتماء إلى جماعة الإخوان المسلمين؛ وحذر البيان من التماشي مع فكرهم أو التعاطف معهم.

Aims of the study: Identifying the importance of the statement of the Council of Senior Scholars on the classification of the Muslim Brotherhood. Stating the legal position of the Council of Senior Scholars on the intellectual deviations of the Muslim Brotherhood. Standing on the manifestations of intellectual deviation among the Muslim Brotherhood in the statement of the Council of Senior Scholars. Stating the intellectual protection methods from the deviations of the Muslim Brotherhood in the statement of the Council of Senior Scholars. Methodology: this study adopts the deductive and the qualitative approach. The findings revealed that the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist group. In the statement of the Muslim Brotherhood group, the statement clarified the legal ruling on the deviations of the Muslim Brotherhood group in terms of being a deviant and terrorist group. The statement clarified the manifestations of the Muslim Brotherhood’s intellectual deviation, their purpose, their means, and their methods in contesting evil and temptation rulers in communicating and exploiting religion and people’s passion in achieving their goals. The statement of the Council of Senior Scholars (Hay'at Kibar al-'Ulama -, also known as the Senior Council of Ulama) made following the straight path, the path of intellectual protection against the deviations of the Muslim Brotherhood. The statement of the Council of Senior Scholars was a protection from belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood. The statement warned against going along with their ideas or sympathizing with them.
