المستخلص: حمل هذا البحث عنوان: الاستعمال اللغوي ودوره في فهم المراد عند ابن تيمية في ضوء النظرية التداولية، وتناول رأي ابن تيمية في مسألة الاستعمال اللغوي ومحورية دوره في فهم مراد المتكلم، بالتركيز على ضرورة الاعتماد على المعطيات السياقية بنوعيها اللغوي وغيره، والاستناد على الأبعاد التداولية التي تخرج عن البنية اللغوية في فهم الخطاب، وعدم الاكتفاء بالبنية اللغوية المعجمية للألفاظ، لفهم المراد من النصوص الشرعية وغير الشرعية. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن ابن تيمية أوضح أثر الاستعمال في تغيّر دلالة المفردة، والتراكيب والجمل المنقولة، وأن اللفظ بالاستعمال يصير له معنى غير الذي يقتضيه أصل الوضع، والاحتجاج بالاستعمال اللغوي عند ابن تيمية يقوم على أساس تداولي متين وهو أن الألفاظ التي استعملتها العرب الذين يحتج بلغتهم قبل ظهور اللحن، ونشوء التوليد في اللغة، يحتج به في مواضع النزاع، ويُفسر به كلام الله تعالى وكلام رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ لأن الوحي نزل بلسانهم وطرائقهم في البيان.

This research was titled: Linguistic use and its role in understanding what is intended according to Ibn Taymiyyah in light of pragmatic theory. It dealt with Ibn Taymiyyah’s opinion on the issue of linguistic use and the centrality of its role in understanding the speaker’s intent, focusing on the necessity of relying on contextual data of both linguistic and other types, and relying on the pragmatic dimensions that It deviates from the linguistic structure in understanding discourse, and is not satisfied with the linguistic-lexical structure of words, to understand what is meant by legitimate and illegitimate texts. The research concluded that Ibn Taymiyyah explained the effect of usage in changing the meaning of the word, structures, and transmitted sentences, and that the expression using usage becomes a meaning other than what is required by the origin of the situation and the invocation. Linguistic usage according to Ibn Taymiyyah is based on a solid pragmatic basis, which is that the words used by the Arabs, whose language is used as evidence before the appearance of melody and the emergence of generation in the language, are used as evidence in situations of dispute, and the words of God Almighty and the words of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, are interpreted. Because the revelation was revealed in their language and methods of explanation.
