|a تحاول الدراسة الكشف عن مدى استخدام الحكومات المصرية للرياضة في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الخارجية، وكذلك تبيان ما إذا كانت هذه الاستخدامات الدبلوماسية للرياضة تأتي أكلها في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الخارجية للدولة. وفي سبيل ذلك، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وكذلك على دليل المقابلة المتعمقة. بلغ حجم العينة: ٧ مفردات من الخبراء الرياضيين، و٤٢٠ مفردة من الجمهور العام. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وعي عينة الدراسة باستخدام الدولة المصرية واستفادتها دبلوماسيا من الأنشطة الرياضية التي تمارسها الفرق الوطنية (في الرياضات الفردية والجماعية). وإلى جانب الأهداف الضمنية التي تغطيها الدبلوماسية الرياضية المصرية، هناك العديد من الأهداف الصريحة لهذه الدبلوماسية.
|b The Study attempts to reveal the extent to which Egyptian governments use sports to achieve foreign policy goals, as well as to indicate whether these diplomatic uses of sports bear fruit in achieving the state's foreign policy goals. For this purpose, the study relies on the social survey method, using a sample, as well as the in-depth interview guide. The sample size consists of 7 individuals from sports experts, and 420 individuals from the public. The study concludes that the study sample is aware that the Egyptian state uses and benefits diplomatically from the sports activities practiced by national teams (in individual and team sports). In addition to the implicit goals covered by Egyptian sports diplomacy, there are also many explicit goals of this diplomacy.
