إن الباحث في التاريخ اليهودي يدرك إدراكاً لا مجال للشك فيه أن اليهود لا يملكون حضارة ولكن ما هي أسباب انعدام الحضارة اليهودية مع العلم أن اليهود موجودون من القدم ويملكون الكثير من مصادر الأموال يعود تكوين الحضارات عبر التاريخ إلى أسباب كثير أهمها السعي لإنشاء حضارة فالحضارة الإسلامية، فمثلا استمدت الأهمية من خلال الدين الإسلامي القرآن والسنة والحضارات السابقة كاليونانية والرومانية سعت إلى إنشاء حضارة بسبب إدراكها أن صاحب الحضارة يستطيع أن يملك وأن يغير وأن يؤثر، أما عن الدين النصراني فبقيت حضارته ضعيفة لأسباب كثيرة أهمها الرهبة وبالتالي الانعزال عن الآخرين، وعدم تكوين حضارة وعدم الاهتمام أصلا بتكوين حضارة، والدين اليهودي بعد كل البعد عن تكوين حضارة، أو بالأحرى كانت حضارته ضعيفة بسبب القومية والانعزالية والعرقية فضل اليهود العمل في التجارة والربا وما شابه ذلك، إذ أن طبع هذه الأعمال لا يتطلب إقامة في المكان ذاته لمدة طويلة والتعمير والعمران يحتاج غالبًا لمدة طويلة وحضارة قائمة ودولة منظمة فكما بينا فإن اليهود ليس لهم حضارة ، وهذه نتيجة طبيعية للشتات اليهود، بل لا يكاد يوجد إسهام حضاري حقيقي يمكن نسبته إلى اليهود ككل أو كمجتمع كامل.
The researcher in Jewish history realizes, beyond any doubt, that Jews do not possess a civilization. However, what are the reasons for the absence of Jewish civilization, despite the fact that Jews have existed since ancient times and have access to considerable financial resources? The formation of civilizations throughout history can be attributed to many factors, with one of the most important being the pursuit of establishing a civilization. Islamic civilization, for example, derived its significance from the Islamic religion, the Quran, the Sunnah, and preceding civilizations such as the Greek and Roman civilizations. It sought to establish a civilization because it realized that the possessor of civilization could possess, transform, and influence. As for Christianity, its civilization remained weak for many reasons, primarily due to asceticism, resulting in isolation from others, and a lack of interest in forming a civilization in the first place. Judaism, on the other hand, was far from forming a civilization, or rather, its civilization was weak due to nationalism, isolationism, and ethnic factors. The Jews preferred to engage in trade, usury, and similar activities, as these occupations did not require long-term settlement in one place, and urbanization and construction often necessitate a long time and an established civilization and organized state. As we have demonstrated, the Jews do not have a civilization, which is a natural result of the Jewish Diaspora. There is hardly any real civilizational contribution that can be attributed to the Jews as a whole or as a complete society
