المستخلص: عرض الباحث في مقدمة البحث أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، ومشكلته البحثية، وتساؤلاته، والدراسات السابقة، والمنهج الذي سار عليه البحث، وخطته للإحاطة بموضوعه. مبحث أول أبان عن أهم الجوانب العلمية والمعرفية للمفسر. وعمد في المبحث الثاني إلى بيان أهمية معرفة دلائل الأحكام، من خلال الوقوف على كلام المفسرين وغيرهم. وفي ثالث المباحث قصد الباحث بيان أهمية الإلمام بعلم الفقه وقواعده للمفسر. وفي المبحث الرابع والأخير أبان الباحث عن أهم الجوانب الشخصية التي يجب على المفسر أن يتحلى بها. ثم جاءت خاتمة البحث كاشفة عن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها وأهم توصياته، منها أن العلوم والمعارف التي يجب أن يكون المفسر عالماً بها الوقوف على الوجوه والنظائر القرآنية والسنة النبوية، وعلوم البلاغة والمناسبات، وأسباب النزول، والقصص، والتاريخ، والناسخ والمنسوخ.، وإن الإسلام كان سباقاً إلى إقرار رؤى ومناهج وآليات لمواجهة هؤلاء، فنراه قد وضع شروطاً ومعايير للنظر في كتاب الله تعالى، وهو ما يتبين جلياً من مضامين البيان القرآني والسنة النبوية وهدي سلف الأمة لتلك الأزمات وللمنظور الإسلامي لمواجهتها.

In the introduction to the research, the researcher presented the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, its research problem, its questions, previous studies, the method followed by the research, and its plan to cover its topic. The first section revealed the most important scientific and cognitive aspects of the interpreter. In the second section, he intended to explain the importance of knowing the evidence of rulings, by examining the words of commentators and others. In the third section, the researcher intended to explain the importance of familiarity with the science of jurisprudence and its rules for the interpreter. In the fourth and final section, the researcher explained the most important personal aspects that the interpreter must possess. Then came the conclusion of the research, revealing the most important results he reached and his most important recommendations, including that the sciences and knowledge that the interpreter must be knowledgeable about are understanding the aspects and analogies of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, the sciences of rhetoric and occasions, the reasons for revelation, stories, history, the abrogated and abrogated, and Islam. He was the first to approve visions, approaches, and mechanisms to confront these people. We see him setting conditions and standards for considering the Book of God Almighty, which is clearly evident from the contents of the Qur’anic statement, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the guidance of the nation’s predecessors to those crises and the Islamic perspective to confront them.
