|a تتناول هذه الدراسة الاتجاهات البحثية الحديثة في دراسات التغيرات المناخية طبقا لتوصيات مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للاتفاقية الإطارية لتغير المناخ خلال الفترة من 1995 إلى 2022. وتأتي أهمية الدراسة الحالية في التعرف على الاتجاهات الحديثة في طرق دراسة التغيرات المناخية ومسبباتها وآثارها وحلولها والتكيف معها والتخفيف منها على مستوى العالم ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب المسح الشامل داخل الدوريات العالمية الأجنبية والعربية المتخصصة المرموقة خلال فترة الدراسة، وذلك للوقوف على الاتجاهات الحديثة والموضوعات محل الاهتمام من قبل الباحثين، واستبيان مدى التقدم الذي أحرزته دراسات التغيرات المناخية في تأكيد توصيات مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة للأطراف أو المساهمة فيها. ثم صنفت الدراسة الأبحاث العلمية حسب الموضوعات الأكثر شيوعا واهتماما، وقدمت تحليلا كميًا لهذه الأبحاث، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل مضمون عددًا من تلك الأبحاث. ثم استعرضت الدراسة نماذج من الدراسات الأجنبية والعربية لمعرفة مدى التشابه والاختلاف فيما بينها. وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة تتضمن التوصية بضرورة توجه الدراسات العربية نحو الاتجاهات الحديثة لتناول التغيرات المناخية في موضوعات تخفيض الانبعاثات والحد منها، والبصمة الكربونية، وتعويضات وتجارة الكربون
|b This study deals with recent research trends in climate change studies according to the recommendations of the United Nations Conference on the Framework Convention on Climate Change during the period from 1995 to 2022. The importance of the current study comes in identifying recent trends in methods of studying climate change, their causes, effects, and solutions, and adapting to them and mitigating them at the global level. To achieve this, the study relied on a comprehensive survey method within the prestigious international, foreign, and Arab specialized periodicals during the study period, in order to identify recent trends and topics of interest by researchers and to question the extent of progress made by climate change studies in confirming or contributing to the recommendations of the United Nations Conferences of the Parties. Then the study classified the scientific research according to the most common and interesting topics and provided a quantitative analysis of these researches, and the study relied on the descriptive approach to analyze the content of a number of these researches. Then the study reviewed models from foreign and Arab studies to find out the similarities and differences between them. The study ended with a conclusion that includes a recommendation that Arab studies should be directed towards recent trends in dealing with climate change in the areas of reducing and limiting emissions, the carbon footprint, and carbon offsets and trade.
