المستخلص: من المسلم به أن السياق له دور بارز في استنباط المعاني، والوقوف على مقاصد المتكلم، ناهيك عن دوره في تنوع الدلالة، ومن ثم كان السياق موضع اهتمام واحتفاء الأسلاف، منذ الإمام الشافعي رحمه الله، مرورًا بالشاطبي حتى عصرنا الحديث، وعلماء التفسير اتخذوا من السياق سلطة معرفية في ترجيح بعض المعاني على بعض، والوقوف على مقاصد القرآن الكريم، ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث ليجلي الدلالات المغايرة للسياق القرآني "دراسة في ضوء قواعد الترجيح" في مقدمة وقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، أسباب اختيار الموضوع، الدراسات السابقة، وأهداف البحث، وحدود البحث، ومنهجه وخطته. ثم التمهيد: وقد اشتمل على تعريفات القاعدة، الترجيح، الاستثناء، ثم تناول البحث: إدخال الكلام في معاني ما قبله وما بعده أولى من الخروج به عنهما، إلا بدليل يجب التسليم له، ثم عرج على ذكر نص القاعدة وبيان معناها. ثم ذكر تطبيقات أصل القاعدة. ثم ذكر موضع الاستثناء الوارد في نص القاعدة ثم ذكر تطبيقات الاستثناء. وأخيرا: الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

It is widely accepted that context plays a prominent role in deriving meanings and standing on the intentions of the speaker, not to mention its role in the diversity of meaning. Therefore, context has been the focus of attention and admiration by the ancestores, starting from Imam Al-Shafi'I –may god have mercy on him, through Al-Shatibi, until our modern era. Scholars of interpretation have made the context an authoritative source of knowledge in favoring certain meanings over others and understanding the purposes of the Quran. Hence, this research aims to clarify the conflicting interpretations of the Quranic context "A study in light of the rules weighting" in the introduction and included the importance of the topic, reasons for choosing the topic, previous studies, research objectives, research limitations, methodology, and plan. Then the preface: it included definitions of the principle, preference, exception, and then the research discussed: giving more importance to the meanings before and after the text than to any interpretations derived from them, unless supported by evidence that must be acknowledged, then it discussed the wording of the principle and explained its meaning, Then it mentioned the applications of the principle. Then it mentioned the position of the exception mentioned in the wording of the principle, and then it mentioned the applications of the exception. Finally, the conclusion: which includes the most important results and recommendations.
