المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث موضوع التصدر الدعوي، وهدف إلى بيان أهميته ومدى حاجة المدعوين إليه، ومناقشة أبرز إشكالاته وعرض ضوابطه. واستخدم الباحث فيه منهج الاستقراء الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، وتوصل إلى نتائجه والتي كان من أبرزها: أن التصدر الدعوي يساعد في إيصال الرسالة الدعوية بسلاسة وسهولة، يتمكن من خلاله الدعاة في تقديم بعضهم على بعض في الحاجات أو النوازل الدعوية بحسب التخصص، كما أنه يسهل على المدعو الوصول إلى الداعية المتخصص ليسهم في حل مشكلته أو ليتزود من معرفته. الأهلية ضابط مهم للتصدر الدعوي، وحتى يكتمل عقد الأهلية للمتصدر في الميدان الدعوي لابد أن ينتظم في ثلاث: العلم والحكمة والخلق الحسن، فهي أركان الأهلية، وبفقدانها جميعا أو بعضها تنعدم الأهلية أو تضعف، والتصدر الدعوي يستلزم من صاحبه معاهدة النفس والحرص على تزكيتها، ذلك أن الإخلال بضابط التزكية يوقع الداعية المتصدر في محاذير نفسية وأخلاقية عديدة. وأوصى الباحث الجهات والمؤسسات الدعوية الرسمية وغير الرسمية بعقد دورات تأهيلية للتصدر الدعوي وحلقات نقاشية حول واقع التصدر الدعوي المعاصر.

This research dealt with the issue of advocacy leadership, and aimed to indicate its importance and the extent of the need of those who are invited to it, and to discuss its most prominent problems and present its controls. The researcher used the descriptive induction method and the analytical approach, and reached its results, the most prominent of which were: that advocacy leadership helps in conveying the advocacy message smoothly and easily, through which preachers are able to give precedence to each other in advocacy needs or emergencies according to specialization, and it also facilitates the supplicant. Access to a specialized preacher to contribute to solving his problem or to gain knowledge. Eligibility is an important criterion for advocacy leadership, and in order for the eligibility contract to be completed for the leader in the advocacy field, it must be organized in three: knowledge, wisdom, and good manners, as they are the pillars of eligibility, and by losing all or some of them, the eligibility is lost or weakened, and advocacy leadership requires from its owner a treaty with the soul and keenness to purify it. Violation of the acclamation test leads to many psychological and ethical warnings for the leading preacher. The researcher recommended the official and unofficial advocacy agencies and institutions to hold qualifying courses for advocacy leadership and panel discussions on the reality of contemporary advocacy leadership.
