|a إن البحث في موضوع العلاقة بين: نهج مسؤولية الحماية، وسيادة الدولة الوطنية، أنما يعد من الموضوعات المهمة، في عالم اليوم، فالسيادة الوطنية أخذت تتراجع، وأخذ المجتمع الدولي يتجه لمزيد من التدخلات في الشؤون الداخلية. لقد تم استحداث مبدأ مسؤولية الحماية كتبرير للتدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول على أساس أن حكومات الدول المستقلة لا تريد أن تحمي سكانها المدنيين من التهديدات الجسيمة أو غير قادرة على ذلك ومعتبراً أن هذا المبدأ سيقضي إلى تحقيق التوازن بين حق الدولة السيادي في إدارة شؤونها الداخلية ومسؤولية المجتمع الدولي لحماية المدنيين من الجرائم البشرية. يركز البحث على سؤال مركزي: كيف هي سيادة الدولة الوطنية، في ظل تجاه المجتمع الدولي إلى تبني : نهج مسؤولية الحماية؟ ويهدف البحث إلى معالجة مدى تأثر: سيادة الدولة الوطنية بالاتجاهات والتحولات العالمية، التي تجيز التدخل تحت مبررات، وظروف محددة. وعمل البحث على الإشارة إلى: التطور في نهج التدخل عالميا، والتحولات في البيئة العالمية، وكيفية تأثر سيادة الدولة الوطنية بما موجود من تحولات في البيئة العالمية، ثم كيف يؤثر: نهج مسؤولية الحماية، على سيادة الدولة الوطنية.
|b Research into the issue of the relationship between the R2P approach and the sovereignty of the national state is one of the important topics in today's world, as national sovereignty is declining, and the international community is moving towards more interventions in internal affairs. The research focuses on a central question: What is the sovereignty of the national state, in light of the international community's tendency to adopt: the responsibility to protect approach The research aims to address the extent to which the sovereignty of the national state is affected by global trends and transformations, which permit intervention under specific justifications and circumstances. The research worked on indicating: the development in the approach to intervention globally, the transformations in the global environment, and how the sovereignty of the national state is affected by the existing transformations in the global environment, and then how: the approach of the responsibility to protect affects: the sovereignty of the national state.
