المستخلص: يعد الشيخ زكريا بن محمد بن أحمد الأنصاري (٨٢٣- ٩٢٦ هـ) من العلماء البارزين في الفقه الشافعي، ومن مؤلفاته كتاب "منهج الطلاب" والذى يعد من الكتب الهامة في المذهب الشافعي لكونه من الكتب المختصرة للمذهب الشافعي من ناحية والشارحة للمذهب من ناحية أخرى، ويعد فتح الوهاب ضمن سلسلة كتب فقه شافعية نقلت فقه المذهب الشافعي بالتوضيح وبعد تأليف الشيخ الأنصاري لكتاب "منهج الطلاب" طلب منه تلاميذه أن يقوم بوضع شرح ميسر لهم، فقام بوضع شرح لكتابه "منهج الطلاب" وأطلق عليه "فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلاب". ثم جاء بعد ذلك الشيخ سليمان بن منصور العجيلي الأزهري. المشهور بـ "الجمل" (ت 1204هـ) بوضع حاشية شارحة وميسرة للشرح الذي وضعه الشيخ الأنصاري وذلك لييسر على طلاب العلم التوصل لمفردات ومحتوى الشرح السابق وأطلق الشيخ "الجمل" على حاشيته "فتوحات الوهاب بتوضيح شرح منهج الطلاب" ومع المطالعة لحاشية الجمل نجد أنه- عندما قام بشرح كتاب "فتح الوهاب"- بعد شرحه لبعض المسائل يقوم بذكر رأى معارض لرأى الشيخ الأنصاري. فأردت في بحثي هذا أن أقوم بجمع المسائل التي عارض فيها الشيخ سليمان "الجمل" في باب المعاملات وأحكام الأسرة؛ لذلك كان البحث بعنوان: معارضات سليمان الجمل في حاشيته لزكريا الأنصاري في شرح المنهج في البيوع، ولقد استخدمت منهجين المنهج الاستقرائي: وذلك باستقراء وجمع المسائل التي عارض فيها الشيخ سليمان الجمل في حاشيته الشيخ زكريا الأنصاري. والمنهج المقارن: والذي يستخدم عادة للمقارنات لمعرفة أوجه التشابه والاختلاف، ولقد قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين التعريف بالشيخين الأنصاري والجمل ومؤلفيهما شرح منهج الطلاب، والحاشية، والمبحث الثاني: معارضات سليمان الجمل في حاشيته لزكريا الأنصاري في شرح المنهج في البيوع.

Sheikh Zakaria bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Ansari (823- 926 AH) is considered one of the prominent scholars in Shafi’i jurisprudence, and one of his books is the book “Manhj al-Tullib,” which is considered one of the important books in the Shafi’i school of thought because it is one of the short books of the Shafi’i school of thought on the one hand and an explanation of the school of thought on the other hand. Fath al-Wahhab is considered one of a series of Shafi’i jurisprudence books that conveyed the jurisprudence of the Shafi’i school with clarification. After Sheikh al-Ansari wrote the book “The Students’ Curriculum,” his students asked him to compose an easy explanation for them, so he wrote an explanation of his book “The Students’ Curriculum” and called it “Fath al-Wahhab with an Explanation of the Students’ Curriculum.” Then came Sheikh Suleiman bin Mansour Al-Ajili Al-Azhari. Known for “Al-Jamal” (d. 1204 AH), he included an explanatory and facilitating footnote for the explanation that Sheikh Al-Ansari had put together, in order to make it easier for students of knowledge to access the vocabulary and content of the previous explanation. Sheikh “Al-Jamal” called his footnote “The Conquests of Al-Wahhab” by clarifying the explanation of the students’ approach, and with a review of the footnote to Al-Jamal, we find that - when He explained the book “Fath al-Wahhab” - after explaining some issues, he stated an opinion opposing the opinion of Sheikh Al-Ansari. In this research, I wanted to collect the issues in which Sheikh Suleiman opposed “Al-Jamal” in the chapter on transactions and family rulings. Therefore, the research was entitled Oppositions to Suleiman Al-Jamal in His footnote to Zakaria Al-Ansari in explaining the approach to sales. I used two approaches: the inductive approach: by extrapolating and collecting the issues in which Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Jamal opposed in his footnote Sheikh Zakaria Al-Ansari. And the comparative approach: which is usually used for comparisons to find similarities and differences. I divided the research into two sections, introducing the two sheikhs.
