المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة لتحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في الكشف عن أبعاد وكيفية معالجة مواقع الصحافة الغربية لعملية التحول الديمقراطي المتأزم في دول ثورات الربيع العربي بعد مرور عقد على اندلاع تلك الثورات. بالإضافة إلى تحديد أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف في المعالجات الصحفية الخاصة بمواقع المجلات الأمريكية والبريطانية " محل الدراسة"، حيث تبلورت المشكلة البحثية لهذه الدراسة في رصد وتوصيف وتحليل التداول الإعلامي لمواقع المجلات "عينة الدراسة " لعملية التحول الديمقراطي المتأزم في دول ثورات الربيع العربي وذلك للتعرف على ملامح هذه المعالجة وإتجاهاتها ومضامين تلك المجلات جراء تداعيات ثورات الربيع العربي والتعاطي الغربي معها. هذا وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها النظري على "نظرية التأطير Theory Framing" واستخدمت الدراسة كلا من منهج " المسح الإعلامي " وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية وأداة تحليل المضمون. كما تم الاعتماد على أسلوب المسح الشامل لكل الموضوعات الصحفية التي تتعلق بعملية التحول الديمقراطي في دول ثورات الربيع العربي والمنشورة على كلا من موقع مجلة “The Spectator” و موقع مجلة "Newsweek" خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1/1/2021م إلى 31/12/2021م " وبذلك فقد بلغت جملة الموضوعات الصحفية التي خضعت للتحليل " ۲۳۲ موضوع، توزعت بواقع " ۱۲۷" موضوع من موقع مجلة "The Spectator" في مقابل " ١٠٥ موضوع من موقع مجلة"Newsweek". هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة التحليلية لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها، رصدت مواقع المجلات الأمريكية والبريطانية " عينة الدراسة " لعدد من الأطروحات التي تحدد جوانب المشكلة أو القضية ويتباين درجة تأثير كل منها بحسب رؤية موقع كل مجلة، وقد تمثلت بصفة عامة في إطار تقييد الحقوق والحريات العامة، والذي جاء في "الترتيب الأول" متقدماً على غيره من الأطر الأخرى المحددة للمشكلة، وذلك بنسبة " ۱۸.۱%. ركز المحتوى الصحفي في مواقع المجلات الأمريكية والبريطانية " عينة الدراسة " على الاتجاه السلبي في معالجته العملية التحول الديمقراطي المتأزم في دول ثورات الربيع العربي.

This study seeks to achieve a main objective represented in revealing the dimensions and how to deal with the positions of the Western press of the crisis democratic transition process in the countries of the Arab Spring revolutions, a decade after the outbreak of that revolution. revolutions. In addition to identifying the aspects of agreement and differences in the journalistic treatments of the American and British magazine sites "subject to study". Where the research problem of this study crystallized in monitoring, characterizing and analyzing the media handling of the magazine sites "the study sample" for the process of democratic transition in the countries of the Arab Spring revolutions in order to identify the features and directions of this treatment and the contents of those magazines as a result of the repercussions of the Arab Spring revolutions and the Western dealing with them In its theoretical framework, the study relied on "Theory Framing". The study used the "media survey" approach, the methodological comparison method, and the content analysis tool. The method of a comprehensive survey was also relied upon for all journalistic topics related to the process of democratization in the countries of the Arab Spring revolutions, which were published on both the website of “The Spectator” magazine and the website of “Newsweek” magazine during the time period from 1/1 2021 AD to December 31 2021, and thus, the total number of press articles that were analyzed amounted to 232 topics, distributed by 127 articles from the website of The Spectator magazine, compared to 105 articles from the website. Newsweek The analytical study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the monitoring of the sites of American and British magazines “the study sample” for a number of theses that define aspects of the problem or issue, and the degree of influence of each varies according to the vision of the website of each magazine, and it may represent It was- in general- within the framework of "restriction of public rights and freedoms", which came in the "first rank" ahead of other frameworks specific to the problem, with a rate of "18.1%". The journalistic content on the websites of American and British magazines “the study sample” focused on the “negative trend” in its treatment of the crisis of democratic transition in the countries of the Arab Spring revolutions.
