المستخلص: ترتكز هذه الدراسة على هدف رئيس يتمثل في " تحديد واقع البرامج الإرشادية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية التابعة للمؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بمنطقة القصيم " ويتفرع منه أهداف فرعية هي: تحديد مدى تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية لأهدافها، وتحديد الفروق بين المتدربين وفق متغير العمر حول تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية لأهدافها، وتحديد الفروق بين المتدربين وفق متغير مستوى التحصيل حول تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية لأهدافها. وتحقيقا لأهداف هذه الدراسة الوصفية تم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي واعتمد الباحث على أداة الاستبانة للمتدربين في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة والتي قوامها (١٠٥) متدربين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أن درجة تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية لأهدافها مِن وُجِهَة نظر المتدربين جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية لمدى تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية لأهدافها وفق متغير العمر حيث أن جميع القيم غير دالة إحصائيا، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (٠,٠٥) بين متوسطات وأظهرت استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية لمدى تحقيق البرامج الإرشادية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية لأهدافها والبرامج (الثقافة التقنية والمهنية، وسجل المهارات الشخصية) باختلاف متغير التحصيل وذلك لصالح المتدربين ممن مستوى تحصيلهم ممتاز، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: ضرورة توعية المتدربين بأهمية البرامج الإرشادية، والتسويق للبرامج الإرشادية بأساليب مبتكرة تحفز اهتمام وعناية المتدربين نحوها، وتشجيع مشرفي التوجيه والإرشاد لإجراء البحوث الميدانية وقياس أثر ونتائج كل برنامج إرشادي على حده.

This study is based on a main goal of “determining the reality of the extension programs in the secondary industrial institutes affiliated with the General Corporation for Technical and Vocational Training in the Qassim region,” and sub-objectives are: determining the extent to which the extension programs are achieved in the industrial institutes Secondary education for its objectives, and determining the differences between trainees according to the variable of age The guidance programs achieve their goals, and determine the differences between trainees according to the achievement level variable regarding the guidance programs achieving their goals. To achieve the objectives of this descriptive study, a social survey approach was used, and the researcher relied on a questionnaire tool for trainees in secondary industrial institutes using a simple random sample of (105) trainees. The study reached a set of results, the most notable of which are: The degree to which extension programs in secondary industrial institutes achieve their objectives is The trainees’ point of view was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members regarding the overall degree of the extent to which the guidance programs achieved their goals according to the age variable, as all values are not statistically significant. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the study sample members regarding the total score of the extent to which the extension programs in secondary industrial institutes achieved their goals and programs (technical and professional culture, personal skills record) depending on the achievement variable, in favor of the trainees at the level of Their achievement is excellent, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations, including: the necessity of educating trainees about the importance of guidance programs, marketing guidance programs in innovative ways that stimulate trainees’ interest and care towards them, and encouraging guidance and counseling supervisors to conduct field research and measure the impact and results of each guidance program separately.
