المستخلص: مع بروز دور الإعلام الإلكتروني الذي أتاح قدراً كبيراً من الكم المعلوماتي والآراء وضمنت آليات عمله توفر عنصر رجع الصدى الذي تعرض للتشويش من خلال الوسائل الإعلامية التقليدية التي تعرضت لنوع من الرقابة، احتلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المرتبة الأولى لدى الجمهور العالمي عامة والعربي، والمصري. لقد اعتمدت الدراسة الراهنة على أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للكشف عن الاتصال الرقمي ودورة في تشكيل الرأي العام تجاه القضايا الصحية وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق استمارة الاستبيان المقابلة على عينة عمدية قوامها ۲۰۰ مفردة بحثية على مواقع التواصل واستغرقت الدراسة الميدانية ستة شهور تقريباً. -كما اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل المضمون الكيفي من خلال تحليل كيفي لصفحة طبية وهي فيزيتا لرصد المحتوى الرقمي وتحليله. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على مقابلات مع الجمهور المستخدم للمنصات والتطبيقات الرقمي. -لقد اختلفت آراء الأفراد حول مدى فاعلية الصفحات الرقمية في التعرف على القضايا الصحية في استخدام الإعلام الرقمي أو الصفحات الرقمية فعالة، وكانت أسباب فاعلية استخدامها سرعة وصول وسهولة الاستخدام وتقديم المعلومات. -فقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية لتوضح أن شكل المنشور بالنسبة لمنصة فيزيتا خلال الفترة موضوع دراسة كان عبارة عن منشورات عن "مستقبل الرعاية الصحية"، منشورات توعوية المجموعة من الأمراض مثل "أنيميا نقص الحديد، سرطان الثدي، فيرس كورونا"، وأيضا فيديوهات خاصة بأمراض معينة، هذا بالإضافة لمنشور اسأل طبيبك من خلال الرد على إجابات- وقد توافقت نتائج الدراسة الراهنة مع بعض نتائج الدراسات السابقة حول شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في تشكيل اتجاهات الرأي العام خاصة الدراسات التي ركزت على دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وكذلك الدراسات التي اهتمت بطرق تشكيل الرأي العام عبر الإعلام الجديد. -وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك فروق جوهرية بين النوع فيما يتعلق بسبب الثقة في المحتوى الخاص بالمعلومات الصحية عن أزمة كورونا المنتشرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

With the emergence of the role of electronic media, which provided a great deal of information and opinions, and its mechanisms ensured the availability of an element of echo return that was jammed through traditional media that were subjected to a kind of censorship, social networking sites ranked first among the global public in general and the Arab public, and the Egyptian in particular. - the study has adopted The current use of the sample social survey method to detect digital communication and a course in shaping public opinion towards health issues, and the researcher applied the corresponding questionnaire form to a deliberate sample of 200 research individuals on communication sites, and the field study lasted about six months. - The study also relied on the qualitative content analysis approach through a qualitative analysis of a medical page, which is the Vezeeta page for monitoring and analyzing digital content. The study also relied on interviews with the public who used digital platforms and applications. - The opinions of individuals differed about the effectiveness of digital pages in identifying health issues in the use of digital media or effective digital pages, and the reasons for their effectiveness were the speed of access, ease of use and information provision. - The results of the analytical study came to show that the form of the publication for the Vezeeta platform during the period, the subject of the study, consisted of publications on "the future of health care", educational publications for a group of diseases such as "iron deficiency anemia, breast cancer, coronavirus", as well as videos related to diseases This is in addition to the publication Ask your doctor by answering the answers - and the results of the current study were consistent with some of the results of previous studies on social networks and their role in shaping public opinion trends, especially studies that focused on the role of social networks, as well as studies that focused on ways to form Public opinion through new media. - The study concluded that there are significant differences between gender in relation to the reason for trusting the content of health information about the Corona crisis that is spread on social networking sites.
