المستخلص: فكرة البحث تفعيل نظرية السياق في التفسير لترجيح الأقوال المتعارضة أو رد الشاذ منها؛ وقد اتخذ كتاب: "لطائف الإشارات" للقشيري نموذجاً للدراسة، وذلك بالوقوف على بعض الأمثلة السياقية عنده، ومدى موافقتها للسياق بنوعيه المقالي والمقامي، وتكمن أهمية البحث من جهة موضوعه بما تحويه لطائفه من إشارات رائقة، ولفتات نفيسة، فهو دراسة منهجية علمية عملية تكشف عن دور السياق لمعرفة مدى صحة الآراء التفسيرية عند القشيري ذي الميول الصوفية وتتمثل إشكالية البحث في تطبيق نظرية السياق على "لطائف القشيري" مبيناً جوانب الخطأ والصواب فيها، ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية ضابط السياق في الكشف عن صحة منهج المفسر، وقيمته في تجلية معاني القرآن الكريم، لذا وقف عند مفهوم السياق وأهميته وأنواعه، وأبان عن مظاهر الإجادة في اللطائف وتعزيزها، وتقويم ما جانب الصواب منها، وقد اتَّبَعت فيه المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع أقوال القشيري في تفسيره، ثم تحليلها بمناقشة هذه الأقوال وشرحها وتفسيرها حسب نظرية السياق، ثم نقدها لتقويم الآراء مع بيان الراجح منها، ومن أبرز النتائج أن إشاراته تعدُّ من التفسير الإشاري المقبول المغاير للتفسير الباطني المنحرف مع ما بدا فيها من مخالفات سياقية منهجية، وقد يُعتذر له أنها خوالج نفسية عابرة، فهو إن فعّل السياق وسار على سجيته العلمية دون عوائق، برزت لديه معالم ثقافته العلمية الرصينة، وإن جنَحَ إلى تغليب إملاءاته العقدية وإشاراته الصوفية، فقد يشط عن دلالة السياق، ويمكن القول بأن إشاراته -بمنأى من مجموع كتبه- تنحو إلى اعتدال نسبي، يعود لطبيعة النشأة العلمية وأثر البيئة فيها، لذا يوصي الباحث بتكثيف الدراسات التطبيقية لنظرية السياق على ذوي الاتجاهات من أهل الملل والنحل.

This Thesis addresses placing the context theory into effect in the interpretation (Tafseer) to prevail one of the conflicting opinions over others or to exclude the abnormal ones. "Laṭā’if al-Isharat" book by Al Qushayri was used as case study by pointing out some of his contextual examples, and whether they agree with both types of context: narrative and situational. The Thesis significance, which contains invaluable indications, lies in being a scientific and practical methodology intended to signify the role of context to validate the interpretations of Al Qushayri, who has Ṣūfi tendencies. The Thesis Problem intends to apply the context theory to "Laṭā’if al-Isharat by Al Qushayri" highlighting the correct and wrong aspects therein. The Thesis underlines the importance of context in validating the methodology of Mufassir (interpreting scholar) and its value in interpreting and clarifying meanings of the Holy Quaran. Hence, the Thesis addresses the concept, importance and kinds of context and adapts what could be far from the truth. The Thesis has adopted the inductive approach through following, analyzing, explaining and interpreting Al Qushayri opinions in view of the context theory, and criticizes them to correct the opinions while indicating the preponderant opinion. The most remarkable findings include his indications (Isharat) which are considered as an acceptable indicative Tafseer differing from the delinquent mystical interpretations, despite the systematic contextual violations therein, which may be excused for being fortuitous psychological experiences. If he adopted the context and follows his scientific approach, the solid scientific culture of Al Qushayri would prevail. Conversely, if he tends to prevail over his doctrinal opinions and Sufi Isharat, he may stray too far from the significance of context. It might even be said that his Isharat, beyond his other books, shows a relative moderation that is attributable to his intellectual origination and environment. Hence, the Researcher recommends increasing the applied studies of the context theory on the Scholars with religious tendencies and approaches.
