|a تقوم هذه الدراسة على إبراز قيمة فن خط الرقعة وكيف أنه أسرع وأسهل الخطوط العربية وبعده عن التعقد وميله إلى الوضوح وامتيازه بحروفه الصاعدة التي تكون أطرافها بزاوية قائمة كما أن خطوطه الأفقية تميل إلى أسفل الشمال فضلا عن أن حروفه تكتب على السطر ولا ينزل منها أسفل السطر إلا حروف محددة كما أن جميع حروف هذا الخط مغلقة عدا الفاء والقاف التي في وسط الكلمة. وبمثل هذه الإشارات نؤكد على فنية خط الرقعة الذي لا يقبل التشكيل إلا في حالات طارئة.
|b This study is based on highlighting the value of the art of Ruq’ah calligraphy and how it is the quickest and easiest Arabic calligraphy, far from being complicated, tending to clarity, and being distinguished by its ascending letters whose edges are at a right angle, and its horizontal lines tend to the downward to the left, in addition to the fact that its letters are written on the line and not descended from it. Below the line, there are only specific letters, and all the letters of this line are closed, except for the fa and qaf, which are in the middle of the word. With such signs, we emphasize the art of the rqa’a line, which cannot be formed except in emergency situations.
