|a من الأدوية الفاعلة في علاج مرض السكري، التداوي بالأنسولين، وهذا الأنسولين تفرزه غدد (لانجر هانز) بالبنكرياس، وفي ظل عدم التوصل إلى تصنيع هذا الدواء بتقنيات الهندسة الوراثية، فإن جل الدول الإسلامية تعتمد في توفير هذا الدواء على استيراده من دول الغرب، والقوم هنالك يتناولون مكونات الخنزير، ولا يجدون غضاضة في استخلاص الأنسولين من غدد بنكرياس الخنزير، والمسلمون لا يجدون بداً من استيراده، لحاجة مرضاهم، فإتجارهم فيه وتناول مرضاهم لهم، يكون في حال الضرورة أو الحاجة، لعدم البديل المباح، وهذا البحث يجلي حكم التداوي بهذا الدواء الخنزيري الأصل.
