المستخلص: لا شك أن شعيرة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر من أعظم شعائر الدين، فهي سبيل صيانة الحرمات، وأمن المجتمعات، وهي سر أفضلية هذه الأمة، وأساس خيريتها، وعلة بقائها، ومكمن قوتها فهي أشبه ببرامج مكافحة الفيروسات، ومكافحة الأدران والآفات التي تصيب جسد الأمة محاولة الفتك به، من حين لآخر، ورغم أهمية هذه الشعيرة، إلا أن كثيرا من أرباب الدعوة في واقعنا المعاصر ناكلون عنها - إلا من رحم الله - إما لشبهات أو شهوات؛ فضيعوا الواجب، وأغرقوا سفينة المجتمع، وتركوا الساحة خالية.. فظهر من يعمل على ممارسة هذه الشعيرة دون هدى أو بصيرة أو اتباع لمنهج السلف الصالح؛ فاختل في أيديهم ميزان اعتبار ومراعاة المصالح والمفاسد، فأساؤوا من حيث أرادوا الإحسان، وأفسدوا من حيث أرادوا الاصطلاح، وقد جاء هذا البحث في محاولة لإبراز أهمية هذه الشعيرة والتأكيد على ضرورة ترشيدها وصيانتها وتسليط الضوء على أحد أهم أصولها وقواعدها عند السلف الصالح، معتمدا على المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع المادة العلمية من المصادر الموثوقة، والتحليلي لتحليل النصوص عند الاقتضاء، بما يرفع الإشكال ويوضح المقصود. وقد خلص إلى أن مراعاة المصالح والمفاسد أمر لابد منه لترشيد هذه الشعيرة، وصيانتها والحفاظ عليها بما يضمن تحقيق أهدافها وغاياتها، فضلا عن ضرورة استثمار هذا الكم الهائل من القواعد الفقهية والأصولية، وتفعيلها بما يسهم في ترشيد هذه الشعيرة والحفاظ عليها.

The ritual of enjoining good and forbidding evil is one of the greatest rituals of religion. Its strength is like anti-virus programs, and the fight against the infection and pests that afflict the ummah's body, trying to destroy it from time to time, and despite the importance of this ritual, many of the leaders of the call (Da'wah) in our contemporary reality away from it except few of them either due to suspicions or desires They lost duty, and drowned the community ship, and left the field empty. So some people start working to practice this ritual without guidance, insight, or following the approach of the righteous ancestors, so the balance of consideration and consideration for interests and evils was imbalanced in their hands, so they were wronged from where they wanted the best, and they damaged where they wanted to term. This research came in an attempt to highlight the importance of this ritual and emphasize the need to rationalize and maintain it and shed light on one of its most important principles and rules for the righteous predecessors, relying on the methodology Inductive to collect scientific material from reliable sources, and analytical to analyze texts when necessary, in a way that raises the problem and clarifies the intended purpose. This research concluded that considering the interests and evils is imperative to rationalize, maintain and preserve this ritual in a way that guarantees the achievement of its goals and objectives, in addition to the necessity of investing this huge amount of jurisprudential and fundamentalist rules and activating them in a way that contributes to rationalizing and preserving this rite.
