|a يهدف البحث إلى تقدير محددات الاستثمار المحلي في مصر خلال الفترة ١٩٧٤- ٢٠٢٢، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي الموزع للإبطاء (ARDL). ونظرا لأهمية الاستثمار المحلي في دفع النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة في مصر، تركز الدراسة على تحليل تأثير العوامل الاقتصادية المختلفة على الاستثمار المحلي على المدى القصير والطويل، وتجمع الدراسة بين المنهج القياسي والاستقرائي، وذلك من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات الاقتصادية، واستخدام نموذج ARDL لتقدير المحددات المحددة للاستثمار المحلي في مصر. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أنه في الأجل الطويل توجد علاقة طردية بين سعر الفائدة الحقيقي، وإجمالي الاستثمار المحلي في مصر. كما يوجد ارتباط إيجابي بين كلا من النمو الاقتصادي والائتمان الخاص المقدم للقطاع الخاص على الاستثمار المحلي في مصر. كما أن لسعر الصرف تأثير كبير على الاستثمار المحلي على المدى الطويل. وتوصي الدراسة الحكومة بالاستمرار في محاولة خفض عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة وذلك لتخفيض مزاحمة الحكومة في الائتمان الموجه للقطاع الخاص من القطاع المصرفي، وتبني حزمة واسعة من الإجراءات بهدف تحسين مناخ الأعمال وتبسيط الإجراءات وتخفيض التكاليف التشغيلية للشركات والأفراد، تقديم حوافز مالية للمواطنين لتحفيز الادخار من أجل حفز الاستثمار ومنها تخفيضات ضريبية على الحوافز الاستثمارية وتمييز الأوعية الادخارية.
|b The research aims to estimate the determinants of domestic investment in Egypt during the period from 1974 to 2022 using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. Given the importance of domestic investment in driving economic growth and achieving comprehensive economic development in Egypt, the study focuses on analysing the impact of various economic factors on domestic investment in both the short and long term. The study combines both econometric and inductive methodologies, by reviewing economic literature and employing the ARDL model to estimate the specific determinants of domestic investment in Egypt. One of the main findings is the existence of a positive long-term relationship between the real interest rate and total domestic investment in Egypt. Additionally, there is a positive correlation between both economic growth and private credit extended to the private sector with domestic investment in Egypt. The exchange rate also has a significant long-term impact on domestic investment. The study recommends that the government continue efforts to reduce the public budget deficit to decrease the crowding out effect on the credit available for the private sector from the banking sector. It also suggests adopting a broad package of measures aimed at improving the business climate, simplifying procedures, and reducing operational costs for businesses and individuals. Furthermore, it advocates for providing financial incentives to citizens to encourage saving to stimulate investment, including tax reductions on investment incentives and distinguishing saving instruments.
