لا يمتري أحد في أن القرآن معجز من ناحية اشتماله على تشريع إلهي له خصائص، كانت سببا في اعتناق كثير من علماء الغرب الإسلام، حين قرأوه وتدبروا معاني آياته التي اشتملت على التشريع الإلهي للبشرية، في أقصر عبارات وأشملها وأدلها على المراد من غير تكرار أو إسهاب أو غموض أو غيرها، ولا غرو فهو يمثل الشريعة التي تحتكم إليها البشرية منذ نزل إلى قيام الساعة، تلك الشريعة التي تحمل بين طياتها وسائل صلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان ومجتمع، في شرق الدنيا وغربها، حيث يجد الباحث فيها كل ما يريد من أحكام تنظم شئون الحياة، عبادة ومعاملة وسلوكا، وغيرها، وهذا البحث يجلي هذا الوجه من وجوه إعجاز القرآن الكريم.
