|a القرائن وسيلة من وسائل فهم النصوص، واستلهام دلالتها على الأحكام الفقهية عامة، وخاصة ما يتعلق منها بالعبادات، باعتبار أن من النصوص ما تعين القرائن المحتفة به على استنباط الحكم الشرعي منه، وقد اهتم أئمة الاجتهاد الفقهي في الاستعانة بالقرائن في التوصل إلى أحكام الشرع من نصوصه، وهذا البحث يبين جانبا من جوانب التطبيق الفقهي لإعمال القرائن للاستعانة بها على استنباط الحكم من النص، وخاصة ما يتعلق منها بالعبادات.
