|a يظل المكان -الذي يتفنن الشعراء بمخيلتهم في رسمه وتصويره عبر قصائدهم- هو الفضاء الأمثل الذي تنهل منه قريحتهم الشعرية مساحات غير قليلة من تصوراتهم الفنية له، بقدر ما تضفي عليه شعورهم الإنساني به، وتشكل علاقاتهم معه. ويجري ذلك التفاعل الفني عبر تداعيات نراها تنهض داخل القصيدة ما بين ذات الشاعر ونفسيته من ناحية، وبين طبيعة هذا المكان وخصائصه من ناحية ثانية، لذلك يحرص أغلب الشعراء -على اختلاف قناعاتهم ومكوناتهم ومذاهبهم- على لفت أنظار المتلقي إلى قيمة المكان الوارد في قصائدهم، مع علة ذكره أو حيثيات استدعائه في النص الشعري، ومحاولة استنطاق كافة دلالته، بلغة شديدة التكثيف والإيحاء، والكشف عن أبعاده المختلفة حسبما تتشكل في مخيلة الشاعر، ولو كانت بمجرد ذكر اسم هذا المكان، وكأن المتلقي على بينة بأسرار هذا المكان، وبما يحمله من معان وتداعيات للشاعر، وعلى القصيدة أن تتكفل بذلك، لقد شهدت القصيدة العربية قديماً وحديثاً- حفاوة واهتماماً بالمكان، الذي يعكس بدوره نمط الحياة، ذلك قول لا ريب فيه عند مراجعة النصوص، وإن اختلفت الغايات الفنية، وتباينت القيم الجمالية، عبر عصور التاريخ الأدبي، فالمكان في القصيدة الجاهلية بدلالالته الإنسانية وما يمثله من مناسبة الوقوف على الطلل والدعوة لهذا الوقوف والتذكر، ودعوة للبكاء والاستبكاء... بينما اتخذ المكان في القصيدة الحديثة أبعاداً فنية مغايرة، وغايات تتباين حسب مفهوم كل مدرسة بل وكل شاعر لطبيعة الشعر ووظيفته.

Therefore, most poets- regardless of their convictions, components and sects- are keen to draw the recipient’s attention to the value of the place mentioned in their poems, with The reason for mentioning it or the reasons for summoning it in the poetic text, and an attempt to interrogate all of its significance, in a very condensed and suggestive language, and to reveal its various dimensions as they form in the poet’s imagination, even if it is merely by mentioning the name of this place, as if the recipient is aware of the secrets of this place, and of the meanings and repercussions it carries. For the poet, and the poem must take care of that. The Arabic poem- ancient and modern- has witnessed a warmth and interest in the place, which in turn reflects the lifestyle. This is an undoubted statement when reviewing the texts, even if the artistic goals differed, and the aesthetic values varied, throughout the eras of literary history, the place In the pre-Islamic poem, in terms of its human significance and what it represents as an occasion to stand on the hills and a call to this standing and remembering, and an invitation to weep and mourn... while in the modern poem the place has taken on different artistic dimensions, and goals that vary according to each school’s and even each poet’s concept of the nature and function of poetry.
