| 520 | |b The forms and manifestations of power have varied from one era to another. Military power dominated in the agricultural society era, while economic power began to grow, becoming the most prominent form of power during the transition to industrial society. With the information age, soft power -represented by culture, values, and ideology - has become one of the most important elements of power in international relations, alongside military and economic power. This study examines theoretical trends in interpreting soft power in international relations and its impact on the international system, where interpretations have varied among realism, liberalism, critical theories, and other perspectives that provide multiple explanations of soft power, despite differences in how the concept is approached from one perspective to another. | ||
