المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أبعاد تنظيم الذات والمرونة النفسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) من الآباء والأمهات لأطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين (25-60 عاما)، طبق عليهم مقياس أبعاد تنظيم الذات من إعداد الباحث، ومقياس المرونة النفسية إعداد سهير كامل التوني (2017)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة بين أبعاد تنظيم الذات والمرونة النفسية لدى آباء وأمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد، ولا يوجد اختلاف بين أبعاد تنظيم الذات والمرونة النفسية بين آباء وأمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد باختلاف (السن- النوع- الحالة الاجتماعية- المستوى التعليمي-المستوى الاقتصادي)، كما يمكن التنبؤ بالمرونة النفسية من خلال أبعاد تنظيم الذات لدى آباء وأمهات أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد.

The current research aims at investigating the relationship between dimensions of self-regulation and psychological flexibility. The study sample consisted of (80) participants from parents and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder. Their ages ranged between (25-60 years), and they were administered to a measure of the dimensions of self-regulation which was applied to them. This scale was prepared by the researcher, and a measure of psychological flexibility was also applied to them. This scale was prepared by Suhair Kamel El- Touny (2017). The results indicated that there is a relationship between dimensions of self-regulation and psychological flexibility among parents and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder. In addition, the findings indicated that there is no difference between dimensions of self-regulation and psychological flexibility among parents and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder depending on (age, gender, marital status, educational level, and economic level). Moreover, psychological flexibility can also be predicted through dimensions of self-regulation among parents and mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder.
